“i live in a rural area of coffee county and due to inclement weather the roads have become nothing less than a sheet of ice which is very dangerous to drive on so i decided to stay with sleep in and suites until it clears up., the hotel has great amenities, is quite clean, within a awesome distance to everything in manchester, and the staff is okay.,, Angela is PHENOMENAL she has wonderful interpersonal skills. Angela made my experience staying with sleep inn super comfortable and convenient. she was patient with answering any questions i had on the phone as i called prior to booking, made check in an absolute breeze and her kindness is just simply unmatched. Josh (I believe his name is, he is the night worker) on the other hand not so much, nothing more than a hateful attitude and unprofessional when in need of assistance and does not complete simple requests even when asked. Josh is the only thing that made my experience a four star.”

“This was a nice little hotel with clean rooms and decent beds, as I was only rolling though the area they were a great spot to stop and grab some sleep before moving on, I guess the only complaint I had about them was that the windows tend not to block sound the best so you could hear people talking outside, but otherwise I was pretty happy with them and will probably stop again in the futureRooms: Not to large of rooms but they were clean with decent beds”

“Loved everything about the stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean (which was a must for us) beds were comfy and had 4 pillows on each bed. The location was near a Cracker Barrel and a Mexican place down the street that was very good. Overall I would stay again!Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: yummy food near by.”

“Flooring in bathroom coming up. Carpet filthy ,holes in sheets, microwave nasty. I've got the pics of everything except holes in sheets. I was exhausted but was only there 4 hours and leftStayed in room 321 . Didn't see any bugs but it smelled awful. Small TV. Ac took forever and was in disrepair.Loud traffic. Tub dirty. Toilet hard to flush. Staff was nice.Rooms: Not clean or well maintainedNoteworthy details: Generally run down”
“I want to say that Ashley and the entire team at comfort inn & suites in Manchester Tennessee went above and beyond for my family when we came here to visit my grandson for his 10th birthday we drove all the way from Springfield Illinois I will say this is been the best hotel experience I've had I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for making sure my grandson would get to swim for his birthday”
