Very nice store, tentative staff. They had the exact shoe I was looking for. The newest model Brooks Ghost 15 in the color I wanted. So I upgraded from the 14’s. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Walked in today to buy shoes and we were not greeted or acknowledged. Stood there waiting while the employees were standing around chatting with eachother. I will never step foot in this Hibbets again. Went somewhere else to buy 3 pairs of shoes

630 pm shift. After my wife and I waited for over 20 min to be helped for shoe sizes, while 3 employees talked about their previous night out, I would recommend going to Tullahoma or Murfreesboro. Worst experience ever..
