I usually believe in supporting home town business but not so sure about this one. I had been getting my propane refills from Holston Gases but they are expanding and couldn't pump propane the day I dropped by. Someone told me about Henley Propane so I headed over there to get my tanks filled. I found them just off the square in Manchester. For those with an RV with onboard tanks I would not recommend this place as you will have to back into a very cramped alley next to their building. From the time I arrived I felt I was bothering them to come out of the office to pump my propane. Once my tanks were filled I headed into the office to pay and was stunned to be charged a price considerably higher than I have been paying at Holston. This place is ok in a pinch but I think I'll be heading back to Holston from now on for service with a smile, reasonable prices and not to mention the spacious modern facilities.

I have used Henley Propane since I moved to Tennessee four years ago. Their price is fair and their service is excellent. Most recently, when my tank went empty because a pool heater was left on, they came back and pressure checked the line anyway and found a leak at my pool heater. Garrett sent me photos and explains the problem so that I could deal with it. Had he not stopped, we may not have discovered the leak for quite some time. I will continue using them as my sole propane supplier in the future. Thanks Garrett!

I recently switched to Henley Propane, and I am completely satisfied with their services. From the initial phone call to set up my account, to the delivery of my propane, everything has been smooth and hassle-free. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and they are always willing to answer any questions I have. The absolute worst company I’ve dealt with regarding communication, called to get pricing ended up being well over what we got told and when told you can take some time to pay the monthly rental they had one additional fee I just like a company to be transparent and let customers know about fees before they are just added on.

I have a one year rental with Henley and after that I will not use them again nor would recommend them. We called and spoke with Tabitha about a 120 gallon propane tank. We were told the rental on the tank is $175 and that the propane would be around $340. So total about $515. The day of delivery we paid $670.03. Which was more than we were expecting but we just said it is what it is. Well Friday we got a bill for $192 more dollars. So we called and found out they never charged us for the tank rental plus tax. So the $670 we paid was for $313 in undisclosed fees. So once we figure that out after talking to Brent we’re trying to explain that you cannot just not disclose fees and still expect payment. Even if they are mandatory. And he says well Tabitha just answers questions and doesn’t give pricing. And the labor we paid already was also for the driver driving to and from my house. Nope that’s a service call which we also already paid. Long story short Henleys doesn’t disclose their fees and then expects you to still pay more. I wouldn’t recommend using them. Brent isn’t willing to work with his customers even when they were the one in the wrong.

Henley is the best! With them being local owned, you can call or stop by and actually tall with someone. They quoted me a price and came the same day!
