I love this goodwill so much. They are always well stocked. Their items are reasonably priced and they don't mark stuff up just to mark stuff up like Tullahoma Goodwill.

This is one of our favorite goodwills but last time we went an older lady with white hair who we've never seen before, guessing a main manager, was running around slamming things, yelling and cussing at all of the nice employees and made a couple of them cry

Place gets free donations all the time and can’t even give a homeless person a blanket before this horrible winter storm came in. Ridiculous place.

Needs to be shut down, enough said. Truly an ungodly place. This store would rather have someone freeze to death in this 5° weather at night than to simply help the poor man out with a blanket that he was asking for

Slowly becoming the most ridiculous goodwill in TN.. I don't believe they're putting out all the clothes and they're starting to mark up shirts close to what you can get the same exact shirt at Walmart for. Took me 5 minutes to check out with only like 5 shirts. She studied them like it was some sort of test. Definitely something fishy going on with the older employees. The couple of younger workers are cool though which is why I didn't give it 2 stars.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. This store is smaller than the stores in more populated areas....and as I understand, don't get as much or as high a quality items as the larger, busier stores. That's not a reflection on the people that work there. I have never met an employee at this store that wasn't friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes the lines are longer, especially on sale days, but it goes fast.....if you're getting a good deal, isn't it worth the wait? Life is too short to be so negative!

Sometimes you can find good stuff here, but rarely. At least the items here aren’t overpriced like the Goodwill in Shelbyville.

Right off interstate for a quick pit stop at Goodwill. Clean and well organized goodwill, plenty of clothing and especially shoes, limited with furniture, plenty of parking, and good customer service.

Everyone is helpful and friendly, they keep the shelves well stocked . With a lot of choices, Goodwill is fun to shop at. Enjoy!

For the quality of items purchased, I would give 5 stars. We found some great children’s items! However, the cashier was extremely rude and attempted to overcharge us for multiple items. In addition, there is a large t-shirt section labeled $1.99 but the tshirts we chose were not considered “tshirts” and were instead charged $4.99 and $4.29. We passed on those and then she charged us $4.29 for a Thanksgiving tshirt from that section as well, claiming that it was a maternity shirt. It certainly is not. It is a Men’s George shirt (from Walmart). They also no longer participate in the Goodwill rewards program or offer a teacher discount. They do however offer military and student. What would it hurt to continue to offer a teacher discount??? I am extremely disappointed in the service we received and will not be returning. This place needs new workers.

They call themselves "Goodwill" but threaten to prosecute when the less fortunate is looking in their dumpster for things that they have already discarded or thrown away, it doesn't say private property or no trespassing anywhere around therefore it isn't illegal, in the state of tennessee dumpster diving isn't illegal but trespassing is, if you don't want people in your dumpster lock it, untill then I will continue to take things out of it. I only put 1 star because I had to

Avid thrift store shopper from throughout the country from CA to PA and up and up and down the eastern coast. This was the worst Goodwill store I've ever seen. They do have a lot of clothes but hardly anything in the housewares dept. the shelve were basically bare and a lot of stuff was in disarray. Maybe we caught them during a purge?
