My family had their storage unit broken into and all their stuff stolen. This is a gated facility , and security cameras. When the owner was asked about the security footage for the police report. He said the cameras don’t work so good. Definitely don’t put your stuff there.

Absolutely horrible customer service! They rented units for people to live in that broke into my unit. Their cameras are just for show and don’t actually work to catch thieves. And when I called to report the Breslin they just said it wasn’t their problem and to call the police. Will never rent there again.

5 star storage has excellent customer services with very affordable prices. They are always available if you need anything. I would highly recommend this company if you are in or near the Manchester Area. Great family and wonderful business.
