I reserved in the Choice app but once I got to the motel I was told they didn't know what the rate was online and charged me $12.30 more than what I was expecting. However, the receipt I had to get from Choice Hotels since the motel didn't provide one was for the price quoted in the app. Thankfully, Choice sent an official receipt via email so I could dispute the charges with my bank because they also charged me for a second night I didn't stay.
I had extended my one night to two but when my fiance went to pay he was told that I had to come to the office. The first time I went to the office there was an elderly woman that spoke no English who finally got a man to come out front. I told him I needed to pay for the night and he kept telling me I couldn't check in until 3. I told him I was already checked in and finally I was told to come back later because he didn't know how to use the credit card machine. The second time I went was around 3 and I was, once again, told to come back later. I explained I wouldn't be back until late that night and he said that was OK. I was concerned because we had been down 3 times at this point so I decided to go ahead and take our stuff with us. Once I realized how late we were going to be getting back I asked a friend that lives in Manchester to pay for the room. She went to the office around 8 p.m. and was told, yet again, to come back later. We didn't get back to Manchester until around 4 a.m. and couldn't stay because there was no one there to take our payment or give us a key but were still overcharged for the night.
That isn't the only nightmare this place is inflicting on their guests though. The door was barely able to open. I'm disabled and couldn't open it at all. The 'manager' had to open it for me. That's when he told me I was staying in a room that is normally $120 and asked if I could please leave a good review. There was someone with a chainsaw outside our room around 9 p.m. The room was not even close to clean. The mirrors were grey and streaked so badly it was like looking in a funhouse mirror. The jacuzzi wouldn't hold water. There were spiders everywhere. The shower had hair in it and the toilet rocked. The carpet was gross at best. The seasonal outdoor pool is not available for use and don't expect any type of breakfast items because you can't go further than the first set of doors since the lobby is where the owners have set up their living quarters. The free coffee is in the rooms and solely dependent on a seriously outdated coffee maker that might work if you're lucky.
The only thing I'm happy about is Choice went above and beyond to help escalate the payment issues because they are advertising in the app for one price and then charging more based on not knowing what the online price is. They don't give receipts because it doesn't match up with what you've paid so be sure to look at your invoice in the Choice app if you stay at this hell hole they call a motel.

Place was not nice looking on the outside, but was much nicer on the inside. I just needed a place to sleep at midnight so I didn't die on the pitch black Tennessee highways. I am glad I chose this one. Not bad at all. Guy at the front was friendly room was clean and fairly big for the price.

This hotel is under NEW ownership! Please don’t knock it until you try it! We loved our stay, the room was very clean they had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it’s a great location!
Food & drinks: Cracker Barrel is right behind the hotel and there’s a great Mexican restaurant close by! Also 2 gas stations and right off the highway.

I am a choice employee at another hotel, and during Bonnaroo 2024 I was able to use my employee discount. The room was perfect for what we needed. They are working to make things better. We appreciated the room to stay in at such a busy time, and that you were able to accommodate us during your remodeling. Keep up the good work!!!

Check in was fast. Staff was helpful. They provided a blanket when asked. The bathroom/shower/toilet were not cleaned. Vanity area had also not been wiped down. No fridge, microwave or coffee pot. Lamp was missing light bulb.
Bedding and towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. No signs of bugs. Air conditioner worked.
No continental breakfast as advertised-they claimed it was due to a remodel.
Staff was drinking alcohol on the stairs while working.

Worst hotel ever! No refrigerator no microwave no coffee pot. Overly priced and woke up with bed bug bites. Would never stay here again

Please read reviews. This place is not fit for anyone to stay in. Very broken down . Filthy disgusting, I don't know how this place is legally allowed to operate.

Loved everything about the stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean (which was a must for us) beds were comfy and had 4 pillows on each bed. The location was near a Cracker Barrel and a Mexican place down the street that was very good. Overall I would stay again!Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: yummy food near by.

Towels only for one; had to request another set. Towel holder was broken and falling off wall. Toilet didn't flush properly. No continental breakfast as promised. No one in office at checkout. I cut my leg on a metal piece sticking out from the bed. No one in office. Disappointed in this Choice Hotel. Check-in person said she could not credit my points even though I had my member number. Said I needed a card, which I never received.

Needs upgrades badly. Stained Carpet, holes in the wall where the towel rack was. Shower well. The lady was very nice. Cracker barrel was next door.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove 11 hours and called in advance to find no one in the hotel at 1am when I showed up to check in. Hotel was completely empty and still charged me for the night that I could never check into. Was standing in the lobby 45 mins calling and ringing the bell and no one ever came to the desk. Called choice and swapped hotels

Rude staff Indian old couple. No maintenance, smoking smell rooms, Roaches everywhere and bedbugs in rooms.I left hotel at midnight after seeing them.Indian people asked for extra money and saying that I brought a roaches to the room
