Why won't you answer the phone when customers call to see if you have the product you are looking for?????I do not like this, because why make a trip to this store when another might have what I need.

They never have anything on the shelves anymore. There's always racks in the middle of the highways full of product but not put up. Nobody putting them up but the cashier and she's bringing people out or he. Starting to not like Dollar general store

I wanted to give a shout out to Kimberly, and excellent employee. I was trying to find an iron and had overlooked it somehow and she took the time to make sure I found it on the right aisle and displayed excellent customer service skills with a smile. We like Dollar general very much and will definitely be coming back here.

Most shelves bare, stock everywhere, hard to get around, one cashier, had to wait in line for 15 minutes to even get checked out

They need to just close the store or get a whole new staff. I live 2 miles from here and they are always closing early or can't put up the stock that sits on carts for days. The sorriest dollar general there is! Do not go here.

This store has been a mess for a while now. You can't get down most of the isles due to l-carts, totes, and misc. product on the floor. Most of the shelves are empty and have been for about three weeks. The l-carts that are loaded and sitting in the isles have had the same product on them for the last 3 weeks. If there were an emergency and people had to get out of the store quickly it would be a struggle. This is a hazard and corporate should stop being cheap and give them more employee hours so they can staff appropriately to get stock put up.

I always like Dollar general and especially in Woodbury Tennessee because we have a Dollar general market. This particular time though it seems like it was late at night no more concerned with getting out then they were helping people. Although I did find one woman who went out of her way to help me find what exactly what I was looking for and it was so inexpensive I bought two of them. So I will revise my rating back up to five stars!

This is another fantastic Dollar Store that’s really trying hard to seer away from the dollar store brand we all knew a few years ago. Store is always in top shape, you can see an 18 wheeler and this team of Dollar General workers efficiently and effectively getting the job done. I could say a lot of great things about this store. I’ll sum it up though...I drive 7-10 minutes longer to shop here rather than driving to the one that is the closest to my house!

Shelves here are never stalked anymore they are litteraly out of everything all of the time ...... When for two weeks straight for a carpet cleaner that still to this day has not been replenished..... nobody is ever at the register...... You wait forever ..... About to give up on this location think I'd rather just drive out of my way to go to one that actually has employees that "WORK"

Cashier was great, but your app and digital coupons leave a lot to be desired as they wouldn't give me the credit for the coupons I had chosen and tried to use.. only allowed me to use a couple and the cashier didn't know how to rectify it..so I waisted time on the app choosing coupons and was embarrassed at the register when they wouldn't work, and the line behind me continued to grow during all the fuss over the mix up. I was quite disappointed..

This a retort to the review by KIM NEEL.First off, the 3 ladies this reviewer is speaking of, are not “trifling”, nor do the accusations resemble any truth that this slanderous statement has presented. Also, I have learned from experience that most time when somebody has to bring Jesus into a business related critique, they are by and large presenting fabrications. I suggest the reviewer read the following before making any unfounded truths against anyone in the state of Tennessee:Defamation (libel and slander) Under Tennessee Law.(1) Elements Under Tennessee Law.Under Tennessee law, defamation (whether written libel or oral slander) requires Plaintiff to prove, by a preponderance of evidence, the following prima facie elements:(A) Defendant published a statement;(B) With knowledge that the statement is false and defaming to Plaintiff; or(C) With reckless disregard for the truth of the statement or negligence in failing to ascertain the truth of the statement.
