I’ve had Crickett for over three years. The new person that I’m dealing with Kia ordered me the wrong phone. I wanted a Samsung and she ordered me a Motorolla. When I tried to return it numerous times within the seven day period her staff said she was either on vacation or out sick. On November 1st, my husband and I went into the store and she tried to run and hide in the back, but I saw her and told her associate to go get her. U talked to Kia and she told me that I can’t return or exchange the phone because I passed the seven day window. Meanwhile, her staff kept telling me from 10-23 through 10-31 she was either out sick or on vacation and only she could return the phone so clearly I got scammed. Customer service was on the phone with me in the store this evening and they told her to return the phone by calling the helpdesk to do an override. As soon as Kia saw me, hang up with Customer service, she called the owner who said you’re not getting another phone so stop wasting our time. She never called the helpdesk as Customer service asked her to do. I then started to record her to prove that I was in the store because they lie so much. Even the district manager, Karen, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I documented all the dates that I tried to return the phone and she called the police and said that I was causing a scene. I guess telling her she’s a liar, a narcissist, and a Gaslighter is call for bothering the police department but of course they had to show up. I can no longer go in Crickett, which is fine with me because we will be canceling our service for sure. Horrible customer service, completely dishonest, scammers in that store. I would say run and run far. Do not buy a phone from Crickett in Fayetteville especially from Kia. They get a big fat zero from me.

I found best to go to a non corporate store then going to an self Owen store you get way better customer service then a corporate store gives there it don't matter if they sale anything or not they still get paid the non corporate the more they sale the more they make so they are going to do what it takes to get you up an going it's sad how they are now an days but it's the truth ....

The people working there are very friendly and helpful. Donny attended us the other day and provided us with very helpful assistance. Professionalism at it's peak, the guidelines about the plan were explained very well. Highly recommended!

My mom has used cricket for years. I live 5 hours from her.so I bought her a cricket phone from Walmart had it shipped to her house when she went to have her card put in new cricket phone,she was told they only do it with phones bought in the store. I called and lady said that it's different at each cricket store. My mom has medical issues and depends on her phone. They told her she would have to activate herself, she's 69 and has no idea.didnt even offer her a solution.. so needless to say she won't be a cricket customer much longer!!

Every time I have come into this location, the employees are very friendly and attentive. The male and female employee who were working had me in the store and back out in no time, with no frustrations or troubles. I will definitely recommend this location versus the other Cricket stores!
