“Ok, so first of all, my car is a salvage title vehicle and I am a messy/cluttery person. I work a lot and the last thing on my mind is cleaning out my car. I took my car to Rods to get a side panel repaired. They go above and beyond for their customers. They went ahead an coated the whole hood and even cleaned the inside dash and front floor boards. I used a rental and the day before returning it, I noticed someone hit the passenger door. I figured it happened in the parking lot at work. I showed the guy up there and he said it was already there, not to worry. This was awesome because some places would go ahead and blame you, make you think its your fault and have you pay for the repair. They never charge extra and they always have a bit of work on their hands due to the salvage repairs not being up to par. I've been to them twice now and I will never use anyone else. I wish they did mechanical work! Lol
And the lady (his mom) is the sweetest person. They/she even held onto half my deposit for over a year! (I didn't know thay had rentals). Anyway, super helpful, respectful and honest people! So thankful to have them in town. :)”
