“We were traveling and spent the night in Manchester. When we were about to leave, our car alerted us that there was low tire pressure on one of the tires. We saw a screw had been picked up along the way. We took it to Freedom Automotive and they got it in immediately and fixed it quickly so that we could get to our daughter’s in SC for a family Thanksgiving!! They were polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!! We’d give them a 10 Star if we could!!”
“I get my oil changed at this location. Always great service! This time I had changed a flat tire and took the flat to see what caused it, to get it fixed. He saw right away what caused it. It was not fixable. No charge.”
“This business was highly referred to me by my friend that lives in Shelbyville Tn. He praised Richard and his brother for their high quality work and their honesty in dealing with their customers. I live in Anniston Al, (40 miles from the BMW dealer in Birmingham, but after a brief and rude experience in dealing with them, I took my friends recommendation about Onderka's work and honesty and loaded my little BMW Z4 and hauled it 165 miles to Richard's shop for service on the cooling system and an oil and filter change. I was very pleased with Richard and his staff's courtesy and professionalism. Left my car late Monday afternoon and it was ready first thing Thursday morning. Great service and a fair price. As long as I have a BMW or any German car, Onderka will be my go-to choice for service. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Business people like this are few and far between.”

“Our car had the cvt transmission go out while we were out of town and the quote with one tire was 7,200 on a 2016 car and only offer 200$ to buy or 500 trade, the service lady we delt with was wonderful extremely helpful and kind her name is Erica and will definitely consider looking for a vehicle in the future, we had a very nice blue rental car from her as well during our emergency situation wasnt very much per day either.”
