What a $hit Show outfit. They had me wait for 1 1/2 hrs to tell me they can't find parts? Not going back there again. Totally unorganized and incompetent.

I went in for an car aligment and front tires change. On the alignment they did an absolute great job with the sh-tshow that I brought them, they told me that it was gonna take longer than expected and therefore they would have to charge more BEFORE starting the work and of course, I accepted. On the tire change, I bought decent tires for a very reasonable price considering the size that they are. They did not try to sell me the top of the line or give me excuses about why I should maybe buy a more expensive tire. All in all, a respectable and honest shop, which is hard to find now-a-days.

I have been going to Monroe auto for a few years now . They have done a good job on finding the problems with my vehicles I have when they have arose . Always gave me a straight answer on what I needed and have showed me many times the broken /worn out parts before they have been replaced/fixed. Just all around good people there .

The worst shop in Madisonville TN. Eric couldn’t fix our 2016 Ford Edge. Kept guessing at why the check engine light wouldn’t go off, even with their engine diagnostic machine. Eric will lie to your face. If your vehicle needs repairs don’t go to Monroe Tire & Service. This place is a ripoff. My Ford Edge sat behind the shop for a week. For all of you who gave Eric a good review, or being great mechanics should be tested for being stupid. I will never go back to Monroe Automotive again.

I thought I popped in for a simple question. It turned out to be a little more and they went above and beyond! Helping me even with the kids in the car and the poring rain! THANK YOU! I will be referring others and coming back here. (Hopefully not anytime soon! ?)

I went to get an alignment done then told I needed some studs that help with the alignment no biggie told them to go ahead and order them parts cost me $80 for 6 of them after I went online and looked for them the highest price was $40 for a pack of 12. The alignment was still of depending on what term you use it drifts to the right whatever. Then they tried to say it was the tires I had on it maybe who knows but they kept telling me I needed a pitman arm funny thing is I just replaced the whole suspension system. This is the second time they have tried this they got me on a computer so be aware of what you need done

Tuesday I was driving past by Dunkin Donut Construction at the Walmart in Madisonville (from Vonore/Sweetwater-round trip), found out Thursday I got some kind of nail or something in my tire so I thought it's likely came from DD. Came in with the tire light on, goes out with the tire light off.Thanks a bunch! Love the wheel table and chairs and lots of other stuff! :)Service: Tires

We were up snit creek when on Rafter rd. We hit a piece of the side of the road that was washed away, messed up our rim, and flattened our tire. These guys went out of their way to work with us. They fixed the rim, so we can still use it until our new one comes in. This is the only place that I will buy tires from, if I have a choice in the matter.

Best experience EVER! I cannot thank these guys enough. We were passing through from out of town and our car lost power. Our car limped into Monroe at 11:30 AM on a Saturday. They were scheduled to close at 1:00 PM. I thought there is no way they will take care of it today. Boy, was I wrong. They were very understanding and sympathetic to our situation. They got the car right back, did some tests, and got it repaired so fast, it surprised me.They had us back on the road in no time. They are our heroes. Best experience EVER!These guys are amazing!My family and I were passing through town on vacation when our car broke down. Being from out of town on a Saturday just before they closed, I thought there is no way they will help us today. They were kind and sympathetic to our situation.They took our car back, ran some tests, and had us back on the road in no time.I'm sorry that we were only passing through. If I lived here, Monroe's Tire & Service would have a customer for life.They saved our family vacation.
