Our first time at this location, Lloyd ran a diagnostic check on my daughter's vehicle due to the engine light being on. Lloyd was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was very patient and understanding. He was actually the most knowledgeable service professional I've seen in many years. I highly recommend this location.

wrong part order took back to store and was told that was the correct one i showed them the bad factory part then they proceed to tell me that is not the correct p is all factory i told them to cross reference part low and behold it came back as the part in my hand .employees need to go to go school for training , when i work at dealerships we were sent for training

I bought a part that THEY HAD TO ORDER AND THEN WHEN I HAD TO RETURN IT THEY TOLD ME IT DID NOT COME FROM THEM!!!!! WELL THAT MAKES NO SENSE CONSIDERING THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART FOR ME. MY EXPERIENCE DON'T SHOP AT AUTOZONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
