“My wife and I are from Natchitoches, LA. We were visiting Nashville to spend some time with my youngest daughter and grandson. My wife had recently manifested severe right shoulder pain and was unable to get much range of motion in the area and had difficulty sleeping. We decided to try Herbal Medicine as her physician could only speculate as to what it "could be" and the medication she was prescribed had no effect and could not give even symptom relief. This was back in November of 2022. He set up a consultation and exam for her the same day. His diagnosis was "spot on" and his physical examination identified the source very closely. He then provided some symptom relief and referred us to the proper sports therapy office for testing and evaluation. He got in his vehicle and directed us to the facility as we were not familiar with the area. He went above and beyond to help us get to recovery. My wife is now fully recovered and pain free. I was told the manager wanted to make it right which in itself speaks volumes that they care about their customer service. Anyways, 10/10 recommend.They do not open on time or answer their phone. “I called before visiting GNC Donelson and I spoke with “Moe”. She was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and she assured me GNC Donelson had the particular product in stock. I arrived maybe 1 hour later and Moe not only remembered me calling her but she also did more research about the product I was looking for and offered me 2 options and explained to me the difference between the two products. Moe signed me up the GNC rewards program and explained to me all of the benefits I would gain. I’m writing this review because you don’t come across great customer service these days. “I’ve never had a bad experience from this place. I usually do online shopping and they hold it. They have great sales especially around the holidays. As far as the high prices some are claiming, that’s almost every store. If not they’re decreasing the quantity. The economy lately has been in a dumpster fire. Consumers need to catch Vitamin Shoppe’s sales. Use their Health Awards to lower the price as well! Earned points from your purchases. They randomly come in the mail, but it’s helpful! The clerks are friendly and helpful. Whenever I go, the store is always clean. No trash on the floor or dirty counters.”
