The whole staff was friendly and patient with me throughout my many visits (and phone calls) in a short timespan. I called several vets in the area and even with no appointments available they squeezed me and offered the most affordable rates. Going to the vet is scary for your animals and for the fear of cost but I can 100% recommend their office will take good care of you and your babies!”

“Even though I was early the receptionist let me go into one of the rooms so that I can let my babies out of their crates to free roam a little, and so that I can get my small baby (Isabo) to calm down as she was terrified. My big baby (Mageia) wasn’t feeling good and the vet was very thorough on trying to figure out what was going on and explained everything to me. The staff treated Mageia and Isabo with such kindness, care, and patience that meant the world to me.”
“This place is so incredible. My husband and I with our 15yo dachshund evacuated the florida hurricanes helene and Milton and came to Nashville for safety. We needed some vaccinations for our dog since we were not able to get her up to date before evacuating. This vet office was so gracious and understanding. They got us in same day. All the staff were kind and empathetic. I am so thankful for this clinic and we will visit again when we need their services. Thank you for taking care of us!”

“Our 14 year old cat has been having issues off and on for the last 3 years. We have seen Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Cardona. Both were very thorough, compassionate, and treated him like their own. Julie and Sharetta are always kind when we visit. Every tech we have encountered has also been fantastic. We have never had any complaints with this office and will always recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for their fur baby. Sadly we had to let our sweet Kitty cross the rainbow bridge yesterday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the whole process. We were worked in and Dr. Cardona immediately noticed something was very wrong. They were all very caring and compassionate and let us take as much time as we needed to tell our baby bye. We are so grateful for every single person there for taking such good care of Kitty for the last 3 years.”

“My husband and I recently moved to Hendersonville and we are in the process of getting all 3 of our dogs vetted because we need to board them in the upcoming weeks - after doing a ton of research I decided to try out NSI Vet Clinic and was so pleased with my whole experience, from the initial call to the exam. Moving states it's hard to establish all your new places, so I'm glad I found a great vet clinic with absolutely reasonable pricing to take my babies to. Even being a new patient, they got me in right away and was in and out in about a half hour. You can tell the staff love all the animals that come in as well at their customers.”

“I went here for the first time today and was immediately impressed. The interior itself is very open and spacious which was welcoming as other vets I've been to were quite small and crowded which was stressful for both me and my dog. I was greeted and checked in then brought into an open clean exam room with two windows, which my dog loved. Everyone there was so nice and friendly, and they worked with my budget and offered me discounts and samples. It was so refreshing to have the focus spent on my dog's wellbeing and to not be hit with hidden fees or to leave with an enormous cost at the end. They also answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed. I'm definitely going to continue to come here and I would encourage others to check it out!”

“I've taken my dogs here for years. Dr. Lee and his staff went the above and beyond recently when my elder 15 year Chihuahua took a down turn with kidney failure. They worked her in 5 days in a row for treatment and I know Dr. Lee and his staff saved her. I appreciate him and him team not giving up on her. In years past he has done many dental cleaning on my dog also. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and I trust him.”

“Our elder dog required an emergency surgery to remove a foreign object from his stomach. Dr. Dixon, his surgeon, receptionist and techs stayed three hours after closing on a Friday to be able to perform this life-saving procedure rather than transferring us downtown (extremely expensive), which they could have easily and understandably done. They were transparent about fees and risks, and I appreciated the gentleness with which they honestly conveyed the facts. I highly recommend the team and clinic! Thank you for your care of our baby!”
