I didn't get the name of the gentleman with the long hair and the mustache but his customer service was impeccable and he educated me on a bunch of stuff and I consider myself pretty knowledgeable. 10 out of 10. Not to mention, the employees are the best employees I've ever encountered at any smoke shop. If you need a hero, they'll be your hero. “The customer service is AMAZING at this store. My favorite flavor of vape had been sold out for a couple of weeks. I was a little bummed because I go in every week and get my “Loops” flavored vape . I came in today, hoping they would have it. Unfortunately they didn’t BUT the owner called his warehouse and asked if I would be willing to wait 10 minutes so he could go pick up the flavor I wanted.
