Do not trust this dealership, I have a Transit Connect van. Have an issues with rear sliding doors not locking. I understand dealerships generally cost more with the expectation of it being done right. I was charged $960 for one door latch that costs $52 my vehicle is still not fixed, the passenger door still does not lock. they had the vehicle for 8 days for a 2 hour repair. do not trust these liars/thieves, you will be told what you want to hear. I am sure they will have a silver tongue manager respond to this review. You will be robbed legally by this organization. Please go find an honest mechanic. if not bend over.

Fantastic job done on my truck with the recall of the transmission problem. Even though it was a delay in getting the work done. My truck is running 100% better and my worries are over. Thank you Jason, and the transmission department for a job well done.

Had an appointment to have my F150 serviced. I needed an oil change, repair a water leak on the front passenger, and the touch screen was not working. They don't tell you when you schedule an appointment that it's a drop off date only. Per my call today, you drop it off and they get to it when they can. Then when you call to check on it, they can't tell you when they can work on it. 10 days after dropping it off, they still hadn't looked at it. I finally get it back and the touch screen still isn't working correctly but I paid $98. I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company and am told for a refund I must call the dealership. What a joke! They say I can drop it back off. Then I'm told I won't get a refund because they did an update and the technician said it was fixed. Then I'm told, they did the update but since I was in a hurry to get the vehicle back, all they did was the diagnostic check. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. BETTER YET, DON'T BUY FROM!!!Services: Electrical

If you ever need service work done on your vehicle, go somewhere else or expect to wait. They let you schedule an appointment but don't tell you it is a drop off appointment only. Once they get your vehicle, it's put in line and they get to it when they get to it. Then, they half way perform the work. My touch screen would reset back to the AM radio every time I turned the vehicle off. It froze up often to where you couldn't do anything on it. They did a diagnostic check on it and said it needed an update. Mike told me that every time Ford does an update, it will make your screen do crazy things. So $98 later, I have the update but the touch screen is still doing the same thing. Doesn't seem like the update was the problem but their solution is for me to bring it back in and wait till they get the time to look at it. I can't be without a vehicle. I don't understand why they can't put you on the list when you call and then contact you to bring your vehicle in when they know they will be able to get to it the next day. What kind of business is this. Defiantly not one that cares about it's customers. I won't take it back to Town & Country every again.

I am very frustrated by my experience. I have had my car serviced here multiple times over the last 6 years and always had great and timely service. After my most recent tune up I will not be servicing my car here again.For starters, they do not allow scheduling of services so your gambling when you drop off your car. They had my car almost 7 days and not even all the work was done.I dropped it off Thursday afternoon and was told that they might not get to it till Saturday. Well, come Monday they still had only done half of the work on the car, and they kept telling me over the phone they'd try to bump me to the front of the queue. By Wednesday I had enough. I spent 20 minutes waiting to speak with someone and told them if it was not going to be finished by the afternoon I would need to take it somewhere else because I needed my car. They said they would try to move it to the front of the queue. Later in the day I got the text saying my car was done, I assumed it was actually finished. I went to pick up my car and they had only done some of the repairs I requested.Anytime I called I spent anywhere from 5-20 minutes on hold while trying to get updates on my car.When I picked up my car it was an additional $500 more than I had been estimated and I still have more work needing to be done.Services: Brakes

Great service, everything time I take my F-150 Roush for a check on a concern or oil change they take care of it without a doubt.May not be the fastest as they take a good min at times if they’re slammed but they get it done.Best to be the first of few to arrive in early am and be checked in.Also they have the best selection available of Tuscany Black Ops, Roush pick ups & several Raptors. - Give John a shout there & he will take care of yourPicked up my 21’ Roush last year May.Runs great without an issue, and will continue to service it here until I move onto another vehicle.

Please don’t never take your vehicle to this place. They damaged my door underneath. I took my vehicle to get two opinions from insurance claim body shops and the said it had to be damaged when they did my oil change. Been taking my 2016 Ford Flex there almost over a year it has 76,000 miles on it. They really don’t honor Customers. A 45 minute oil change turned into three hours later and me finding damages which now Im blamed for.

Horrible! I took my car to get it fixed there... it took NINE MONTHS!!!!! I got it back this past February... today I decided to do a deep cleaning and I found... all of these exposed and not put back in place!!! I've been driving this car this whole time with unfinished service. They are awful and should be shut down.

This has been some of the worse service we have ever had. My son's car needed a transmission. We had purchased the extended warranty when we bought it. They had the car for 3 days before telling us that they did not accept all warranties instead of checking before we left the car. They called back 2 days later and said that they did indeed take this particular warranty. They had the car for 2 weeks and called to tell us that the car would be fixed by COB. When we went to pick the car up at closing time......they said it was not ready and that it would be a couple more days. Just bad service all around......from the phone not being answered to getting the run around. I will have to go out of my way to visit a different Ford dealership next time.

I've been going to this shop for over 3 years. I have a ford warranty and maintenance package for 8 years 125,00 miles. That cost 6k. They fight me over warranty every time. For the past year and a half I've had a squeak in the front end on the passenger side and ask them to check every time. They tell me it's fine. I finally took the wheel off to look for myself to find a broken coil spring on my shock. The manager said it's not the service techs job to figure it out. My breaks that are covered under warranty are grinding and destroying my rotors ( that are not covered) they said my breaks are fine nothing to worry about. But when I pick up my vehicle the lot kid says I need breaks. They have no rentals they have no loner vehicles and they won't do warranty work. Not to be trusted. Will not buy from them in the future! Overall experience is that the service writers are rude, don't care and can't be trusted to do what you ask. Do not buy from them. Do not trust them with your vehicle or your safety. Go anywhere else. I hope they get shut down.

I purchased my first car here. I was extremely excited and this buying experience has turned out to be a nightmare. I would not recommend purchasing any car from this location. I was sold a lemon. I haven't had this car for a full year and I have had more issues than I had with my previous car that had almost 300,000 miles on it and had it for over a decade. The service advisors have yet to find a solution to my car. One minute I have a leak, next minute it's not a leak. I'm just disappointed in everything. My car, the service I receive when I have questions or when I'm there to get my car serviced. I arrived at 6:30a today and was the 4th car in line to be serviced for when they open at 7:30a and waited in the show room until my car was ready 3 hours later (and didn't get a full service). I wish my review could be different, but things have only gotten worse.

Purchased a CPO 2020 Ford Explorer ST, with 29k miles on it. Only to have it breakdown 2 days later. This dealership has given me the run around for over 6 weeks now. My explorer spent 2 weeks in their shop, called me to let me know it was ready. When I showed up to retrieve my vehicle, they couldn't locate it. Had no records of it in their system. They finally find it, only to find out they didn't complete the repairs. They clear a bay to finish the repairs, send me on my way. Only to break down a week later, this time on the interstate and in danger. Turns out, their mechanics have damaged my vehicle, causing it to lose grounding and randomly shut down mid drive. They are now refusing to answer or return my calls. They won't take ownership for their poor workmanship. They have gaslit me and lied to my face through out this entire process. Do not spend your money here, do not trust them with your repairs, and don't take their "word" for any amount of value.

Just hard to deal with and not friendly. Loved the truck I got, but after we went in they were very unhelpful and not friendly.

The man who answered my question was ok but they had an hour to work before they close and they couldn't even look at my vehicle to see what was really going on he told me to come back next week. Went to a tire and oil shop down the road who was about to close who checked my car out to let me know what was going on will not ever tell people to bring there vehicles here.
