I called prior to coming in. My transmission was replaced at another dealer, but under warranty because it was from Ford. I was told it would be 3 to 5 days. From the moment, my cousin and I walked into the bay we were greeted with frowns. How can we help you, ma'am and it wasn't a pleasant how can we help you. It was almost like we were bothering them by coming in, the manager himself was rude. I plainly ask him would he talk to a male customer the same way and he said yes they acted like we were a nuisance and like we weren't important. They didn't have much going on at the time and I didn't ask them to do anything immediately I didn't expect that, but what I did expect, was courtesy and kindness , neither of which I received was asked to leave because I told him how I felt about his attitude. I have never been treated that way my entire life by anyone in the service industry. I am a very kind person I was frustrated today yes but still didn't deserve to be treated like I was trash , I would never recommend anybody going there. I called miracle Ford in Gallatin spoke with someone named Jessica took my truck there just a little bit ago. They are tending to it immediately not only were they kind and courteous and generous and just good people but they treated me like they were happy that I was there, they made no promises about how long it would take and they were upfront with me but most importantly they weren't rude. I would absolutely stay away from the service center at Town & Country in Madison Tennessee. Ridiculous.

Do not trust this dealership, I have a Transit Connect van. Have an issues with rear sliding doors not locking. I understand dealerships generally cost more with the expectation of it being done right. I was charged $960 for one door latch that costs $52 my vehicle is still not fixed, the passenger door still does not lock. they had the vehicle for 8 days for a 2 hour repair. do not trust these liars/thieves, you will be told what you want to hear. I am sure they will have a silver tongue manager respond to this review. You will be robbed legally by this organization. Please go find an honest mechanic. if not bend over.

If you ever need service work done on your vehicle, go somewhere else or expect to wait. They let you schedule an appointment but don't tell you it is a drop off appointment only. Once they get your vehicle, it's put in line and they get to it when they get to it. Then, they half way perform the work. My touch screen would reset back to the AM radio every time I turned the vehicle off. It froze up often to where you couldn't do anything on it. They did a diagnostic check on it and said it needed an update. Mike told me that every time Ford does an update, it will make your screen do crazy things. So $98 later, I have the update but the touch screen is still doing the same thing. Doesn't seem like the update was the problem but their solution is for me to bring it back in and wait till they get the time to look at it. I can't be without a vehicle. I don't understand why they can't put you on the list when you call and then contact you to bring your vehicle in when they know they will be able to get to it the next day. What kind of business is this. Defiantly not one that cares about it's customers. I won't take it back to Town & Country every again.

Horrible! I took my car to get it fixed there... it took NINE MONTHS!!!!! I got it back this past February... today I decided to do a deep cleaning and I found... all of these exposed and not put back in place!!! I've been driving this car this whole time with unfinished service. They are awful and should be shut down.

By far the worst customer service in Tennessee. How can you not do a diagnostics in 25 days of having the car. Mike Welch and his team need a long hard look at themselves.

This has been some of the worse service we have ever had. My son's car needed a transmission. We had purchased the extended warranty when we bought it. They had the car for 3 days before telling us that they did not accept all warranties instead of checking before we left the car. They called back 2 days later and said that they did indeed take this particular warranty. They had the car for 2 weeks and called to tell us that the car would be fixed by COB. When we went to pick the car up at closing time......they said it was not ready and that it would be a couple more days. Just bad service all around......from the phone not being answered to getting the run around. I will have to go out of my way to visit a different Ford dealership next time.

I've been going to this shop for over 3 years. I have a ford warranty and maintenance package for 8 years 125,00 miles. That cost 6k. They fight me over warranty every time. For the past year and a half I've had a squeak in the front end on the passenger side and ask them to check every time. They tell me it's fine. I finally took the wheel off to look for myself to find a broken coil spring on my shock. The manager said it's not the service techs job to figure it out. My breaks that are covered under warranty are grinding and destroying my rotors ( that are not covered) they said my breaks are fine nothing to worry about. But when I pick up my vehicle the lot kid says I need breaks. They have no rentals they have no loner vehicles and they won't do warranty work. Not to be trusted. Will not buy from them in the future! Overall experience is that the service writers are rude, don't care and can't be trusted to do what you ask. Do not buy from them. Do not trust them with your vehicle or your safety. Go anywhere else. I hope they get shut down.

I purchased my first car here. I was extremely excited and this buying experience has turned out to be a nightmare. I would not recommend purchasing any car from this location. I was sold a lemon. I haven't had this car for a full year and I have had more issues than I had with my previous car that had almost 300,000 miles on it and had it for over a decade. The service advisors have yet to find a solution to my car. One minute I have a leak, next minute it's not a leak. I'm just disappointed in everything. My car, the service I receive when I have questions or when I'm there to get my car serviced. I arrived at 6:30a today and was the 4th car in line to be serviced for when they open at 7:30a and waited in the show room until my car was ready 3 hours later (and didn't get a full service). I wish my review could be different, but things have only gotten worse.

Purchased a CPO 2020 Ford Explorer ST, with 29k miles on it. Only to have it breakdown 2 days later. This dealership has given me the run around for over 6 weeks now. My explorer spent 2 weeks in their shop, called me to let me know it was ready. When I showed up to retrieve my vehicle, they couldn't locate it. Had no records of it in their system. They finally find it, only to find out they didn't complete the repairs. They clear a bay to finish the repairs, send me on my way. Only to break down a week later, this time on the interstate and in danger. Turns out, their mechanics have damaged my vehicle, causing it to lose grounding and randomly shut down mid drive. They are now refusing to answer or return my calls. They won't take ownership for their poor workmanship. They have gaslit me and lied to my face through out this entire process. Do not spend your money here, do not trust them with your repairs, and don't take their "word" for any amount of value.

Just hard to deal with and not friendly. Loved the truck I got, but after we went in they were very unhelpful and not friendly.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had far better experiences with shady tote the note lots. They sold me a used truck as new, and it has had issues since the start. I finally took it to their service department since I paid for the service plan when I bought it. it has been in the service department for 6 months now. Every time I call to check on it they act like they can't find it and tell me they will have to call me back, then I hear nothing for weeks before I call them back and get the same. Now I am having to pay for 2 vehicles because I had to buy another one so I'd have something to drive - you can't sell a vehicle while it's in the shop, and Town and Country Ford won't even make me an offer on it. This truck was the last new Ford I will ever buy and definitely the last time I will ever do business with Town and Country Ford. I am writing this review from their parking lot because I had to take a day off work to see what the deal was with my truck. They basically just brushed me off saying they are waiting on parts and it will be ready next week. In response to Angela's comment: I understand shortages and back orders, but 6 months is quite ridiculous. Your dealership has done nothing to try to make things right and won't even return phone calls. You may be able to afford multiple vehicles and have one the the shop for an extended period, but most people can't do that. I have reached out to try to get your dealership to buy the vehicle back from me, but they have so much faith in the products they sell that they won't even make an offer. To make things worse, I got a call yesterday saying that I needed a new battery. The battery was strong when you received my truck under your care, but y'all let it sit so long without so much as starting it up now and then that the battery died. To anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from Town and Country Ford of Nashville, if you want to sell your new vehicle back to the dealership you bought it from after only 3 years, they won't be interested. And don't waist your money on their service plan (Easy Care) or you may end up in the same boat as I'm in. I could have replaced the wheel hub myself 6 months ago. To any Veterans thinking of supporting this business because they claim to support veterans, don't fall for it. All they care about is making a sell then offering no support afterward for that vehicle. Veteran or not. Update 11/4/22 I finally got my truck back today. Six months later. The original issue seems to be fixed, but there is an issue with the dead battery mentioned above. They stated that they would take care of the battery since it was their fault it died, but when I got the truck, it still had my old battery. Either there was never an issue with the battery, and they were just trying to get more money out of me, or the lied about fixing it and sent me off with a faulty battery. Either way, this is a shady scam of a business that will do you wrong just to increase their profits. Congrats Town and Country Ford: you have turned a Ford fan away from Ford. I will not buy another new Ford and I will never do business with Town and Country Ford again. I will also be sure that my company's fleet switches away from Ford. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership.

Every other Ford dealer service department in the area wouldn't schedule me for a Month! T&C said they'd let me drop off and try to squeeze me in over the next few days. Better a 3 day wait then a month. They ended up calling me by the end of the day with the problem fixed! I was very happy.

This place doesn't deserve not one darn star. This is the 2nd time back to back that I had a bad experience with these people and I've been bringing my car here for a long time. Last month, my experience was horrible due to their staff Cory being very rude to me and now today Anthony (I believe that is his name) the guy that deals with the recalls was very rude to me today. When it was time to pick up my car, I noticed that the recalled they fixed was the same thing they fixed on my last visit in July, which was the door latch. So I asked Anthony did they replaced the same door latch or a new one because I thought this recall service visit was for the most recent one I received noticed on which is the transmission shifter. I don't know if he didn't understand what I was asking but he pretty much over-talked me, kept stating the same thing and also stating that it was free, basically trying to say I should be happy. He just kept over talking me and being rude to the point where my teenage son who was with me noticed it and asked me why is this man being so rude. Maybe he didn't understand what I wanted to know and if that is the case, he should have said it. Basically, all I wanted to know is did they replace the same door latch because if so, they did that on my last visit and I wanted him to answer my question when I thought they were fixing the latest recall, the shifter cable. I don't know if the technicians here are rude to everyone or just to a person of color which I happened to be a black woman but they need to treat everyone with the same respect. Also, I find it very rude for Anthony to point out several times that the service I received was free when that doesn't have anything to do with what I was asking him. I have paid for several services with them before with no problem so even if this recall wasn't free, I wouldn't had a problem paying for it. I took his rude comment as if I couldn't afford to get my car fix. I don't know what happened to this Ford. They used to be friendly but now they are a bunch of assholes and there's no need to contact their GM. I emailed the general manager last time and never heard back from him. I even checked my spam box, nothing. Also, Anthony had the nerve to say, you have more than one door latch like I didn't know that. So he talked to me as if I was dumb pretty much. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, so why he talked to me as if I don't have a clue beats the hell out of me. I would rather drive way out to the Ford on Thompson Lane or far out somewhere before I go back to this Ford.

Town and country ford in Nashville Tn is one of the shadiest profit grabbing dealerships around. I had ordered a Maverick in July 2021 with them, paid a deposit and signed the order form. Dealership said I would probably get it in the fall or early winter. It arrived in late April, during the paperwork process I stated that Ford price protected orders prior to December 27th. Dealer said no and if I did not want to pay the increased price they could sell it in a minute for much more. I signed paperwork as it was my truck. I emailed the gm about the situation and he later emailed back and said my vin was not price protected. I called Ford corporate and informed them of the issue and they said they are in the process of trying to stop this practice however since dealerships are franchises they cannot stop them at this time. At least corporate is trying to fix this, however please go to another ford dealer in the area, Two rivers ford has a much better team as well as more allocations. Beware of this dealership and please stop anyone else from buying from these dishonest operation.
