Avoid this body shop entirely. Pure Greed! Charged my insurance over $14,000 to half way fix my vehicle. Incomplete paint job, charged for new parts but installed out rusted parts, faulty exhaust system, and the list goes on. I also heard the adjuster that works for Ford joking about how he wrote an estimate for over $20,000 due to shortage/ increase in vehicle prices and he knows the insurance will pay it versus totaling the car. Exactly what they did with my SUV. Ofcourse I’m still having issues out of my vehicle. Just save yourself the headache!

The work is okay however, the communication is by far the worst that I've ever experienced in my entire life of going anywhere for anything. It's as if when you speak to them they hear dolphin squeaks. A complete abortion is what I would describe my experience mixed with white trash through and through (Aron and Laney). Avoid this location at all cost if you're able to. Don't take my word for it read all the reviews as well as the better Business Bureau reviews....

I got into an accident and had front end damage on my car and this body shop was the only one who could work me in soon and boy am I glad they did.? They made my 9 year old car look brand new! The work was exceptional and the staff was super friendly, regardless of me being a pest. I needed my car before the holidays and they understood the assignment. I'd recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a great job.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the manager Aaron that works at this body shop car service center, and I must say, the customer service was absolutely appalling. The manager was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and dismissive.When I approached the manager with concerns about my car service, I expected a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. However, what I received was the complete opposite. The manager seemed disinterested in my issues, barely listened to my concerns, and displayed a shocking lack of empathy.It's incredibly frustrating to encounter someone in a customer service position who clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction. I felt ignored, disrespected, and undervalued as a paying customer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.I strongly advise anyone considering this car service center to think twice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, find a place where your business is appreciated, and where you are treated with the respect and courtesy you deserve. Avoid this place at all costs.Also side note they stole my spare tire on a brand new car & gave me an old used tire that is just sitting in my trunk.

I don’t believe I’ve been lied to more about communicating in my life. They never call back, the manager will duck your calls. The poor first deal girl has to lie for her boss. It’s been 6 weeks and cannot get a real update. It’s unfortunate to say this but, I can’t allow others who may been considering this place not to know how my experience has been.

Don’t be in a hurry to get your car fixed. They promised a quick job. I was going to take to Miracle Ford but they said oh no we can have it done so much quicker. I should have gone with my first instinct. The work was good But the customer service was terrible. Amanda would tell you just two more weeks. This happened several times. They would never call you about an update why longer to fix. When I called on hold forever or I would have to go down there. Always an excuse needed more parts, someone sick, they scratched the bumper… Over 50 days later I got my dirty car back not even washed. They would have washed it if I wanted to wait another hour.And Yes I talked to Aaron about my service. I just got the run around. I said I was going to give a bad review and his response was “You won’t be the first!”.Services: Body & Trim

Aaron and the crew were fantastic. My car needed the whole passenger side repaired and I had only 3 weeks to get it done before I had to move out of state. They were professional and knew my situation and worked diligently to meet my deadline. When I picked the car up it looked amazing. Town and country ford in Nashville Tn is one of the shadiest profit grabbing dealerships around. I had ordered a Maverick in July 2021 with them, paid a deposit and signed the order form. Dealership said I would probably get it in the fall or early winter. It arrived in late April, during the paperwork process I stated that Ford price protected orders prior to December 27th. Dealer said no and if I did not want to pay the increased price they could sell it in a minute for much more. I signed paperwork as it was my truck. I emailed the gm about the situation and he later emailed back and said my vin was not price protected. I called Ford corporate and informed them of the issue and they said they are in the process of trying to stop this practice however since dealerships are franchises they cannot stop them at this time. At least corporate is trying to fix this, however please go to another ford dealer in the area, Two rivers ford has a much better team as well as more allocations. Beware of this dealership and please stop anyone else from buying from these dishonest operation.

I've been giving them my business since I moved to town 5 years ago. Routine oil changes/tire rotations/wiper blades. Never had a problem. Today, I came in an hour before the closing time listed on their website for an oil change. The service manager says service stops at 5pm & they are only open for pick ups/drop offs until 6pm. I say it would be great if that was listed on their website. He retorted, "Or you could have called." 1). I tried that, thank you sir. It'd be great if anyone actually answered the phone. 2). Its 2022- utilize the full potential of a website & list all necessary information. Because of the attitude given to me for simply wanting to pay for a service (that I've been faithfully paying to them for the last 5 years), I will not be returning.
