Been here twice to attempt to spend money, and shop locally. Both times store was completely empty and the employees were NOT eager to help me. I always have my machine model number with me but as soon as I say Singer, which they don’t carry, the tone changes. Why not be helpful and google compatible generic feet while I’m there? While there are no other customers in the store? Obviously I’m going to Amazon now. Snobby place that will eventually go out of business acting so unfriendly.

I recently purchased a Janome machine here. I had researched before going to the store so I was pretty sure which machine I wanted to purchase. Customer service was not as expected. I was shown three machines (told me very little about each one). I narrowed down my pick to the particular one I had researched. I asked her to tell me about the machine. She stitched one row of straight stitching and that was it. I did ask a few questions but there was very little additional info given. I finally asked to see the manual. I sat and read portions of the manual while she went on to do other things. I did buy the machine because I did my own research. Do not expect much sales help when you walk in the door. Also, I purchased a "baggie" of Janome bobbins. Came home to find out they are not actual Janome bobbins because there is no "J" stamped on the shaft of the bobbins. I could have purchased these cheaper elsewhere online for the "real" Janome bobbins. I also asked about a special presser foot and she had no knowledge about it. I will also purchase this item elsewhere online. Disappointed in the overall customer service.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly folks! Large selection of machines, products and accessories. My wife purchased a brother 6 head embroidery machine and had some questions after some time went by. She was given a private lesson to answer all her questions and shown tricks that made her projects so much easier. It’s honestly difficult to find service this good!

I am a dedicated Janome sewist. This is the only Janome dealer in my area. I bought my first machine over 10 years ago (big investment) and a newer machine earlier this summer (another big ticket item). I take my machine there every year to be serviced, including my Brother serger. The service man who I assume is the owner is friendly and does a great job servicing machines. I appreciate the service work and the machines I've purchased at the store. Now as for the customer service, that is another story. I've patronized the store for more than 10 years and I've yet to be greeted warmly when I've walked through the door. The women who work in the store, God bless them, are not warm. Polite, yes. Warm, no. Polite,, yes. Engaging, no. Polite, yes. Talkative, no. Helpful, yes if I have a question. Welcoming, no. But I'm a dedicated Janome woman. And as long as I'm not met with outright rudeness and hostility, I make my purchase and go home. Low bar.

I was shopping for a new machine. I had been to 8 stores before walking into the store. I had priced stores by the machine amenities. The selection was amazing. I made my final selection with the Brother BQ3050 and found the price to be $1,200 less than other stores. The customer service was great and very knowledgeable. Other customers felt comfortable in the store as well. I have been back multiple times and their accessories are also priced cheaper. Great savings!! The also have won my business for vacuum repair. The sell Miele parts too!! I won't go anywhere else. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.
