I’ve been doing business with these Folks for several years.
Erin is the absolute best! She explained why I would benefit from the higher prices.
I was a little hesitant at first, I put a pair of American made Red Wings on and my world changed!
Fast forward to maybe ten pairs later and I am still delighted with the quality!
Absolutely amazing customer service and support!
Just can’t say enough about my experience with these incredible people and products!

The staff (Erin and Ryan) at this store are genuine people who truly take pride in helping their customers. I’ve had a couple of issues with a few pairs of boots over time, and each time they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear they stand behind their products. This store has earned my loyalty and business for as long as I need boots.

Erika was enormously helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for and ensuring I knew everything about how to get the best fit and how to care for my purchase. I have my boot less than a year had a manufacture defect on it. Call the store before going to check for a pair of boots and they did have the boot that I was looking for. Upon arrival. I met with ryan took care of me top notch, this man deserve-shout out. I even offered him to take him out for steak to me. It means a lot because I work on those boot 16 hours and plus a day, but he gave me an upper. Shot out. I had a great experience the manager Aron helped me out so much gave me all the options to keep my feet comfortable I recommend this store they are very polite and willingness to help and answer any questions I loved the visit at this store and will definitely be going back when I need more boots thank you aron
