I understand why many people complain about Nissan. My truck only had 29000 miles on it awhile back and it was suggested by Nissan of Rivergate I needed new tires! I mentioned this on a survey and heard nothing! I finally made a comment on Google and was told "Nissan dealership doesn't control which tires are placed on the vehicle." So it's the customer's responsibility? In my experience, there's no integrity dealing with Nissan. I will never buy another Nissan vehicle. I will be just like the others sharing my horrible experiences with Nissan. The salesman even put air in the tires before I left the lot. I thought it was only because it sat there for an extended period of time. Now I understand the problem was already there. I pointed this out. Nobody from Nissan addressed it. Although they can sure as hell tell me about buying new tires! You want to know my experience? My experience says "Nissan is a horrible business and to stay far away from the!"

We love Hays of Rivergate! My husband and I just purchased our 7th vechile from them.Justin the GM and Nikki our sales lady both did a wonderful job working with us to get the right price and the perfect vechile we will definitely be back..

Like other reviews, we received the flyer in the mail and were shocked and excited we had a winning code ($2,500 cash). I called Nissan the night before we went (assuming it was a scam) and she assured me over the phone that it was legit and not a scam.
My husband drove 45 min there and 45 min back, all to come home with knock off air pods. Ridiculous. Lost money in gas!

Ran a fake/scam giveaway to draw people in. Bait and switch. It’s not ok to do that to people in this economy. They will never get my business and I will tell everyone I know not to shop with them.
BS response from the owner at Rivergate. Lured us in with “winning” a prize of $2,500 instant cash. Went home with knock off AirPods.

Everyone here was great when I was purchasing a car. Specifically, I worked with Nikki (and her adorable dog Bailey), and she was so great, helpful and informative about all the features of the car. I could really tell that the staff at this dealership cares about its customers.

My son purchased a used truck less than 2 weeks ago from here. He is 25 and this was his first big purchase on his own. Being his first time purchase I went with him in case he needed a cosigner. Our sales guy and the sales manager were both very helpful and nice. He purchased the warranty that covers any major issues. Less than a week after the purchase his check engine light came on, there is an evaporation leak. (I imagine the light was on and just reset for the sale). He called and was told there was nothing they could do. While I understand it is "as is", I've worked with equipment over 20 years so the right thing to do is to offer to cover the part or some of the labor and help with the repair. (Because we all know there is some wiggle room with the mark-up on parts, labor, and sales) We've also now found out that the sensors in all 4 tires do not work either. And the day of the purchase instead of filling the gas tank up, it was filled up to only 1/4 of a tank. For any "used" vehicles purchased I would definitely have them inspected outside of this dealership before finalizing.
