Excellent service. They are really straightforward. I needed brakes and the coupon was extended to both front and back brakes. This is a service staff dedicated to rebuilding their service reputation. Updated: In and out today in 47 minutes. The lounge was comfortable enough where a dude was snoring softly.
Updated on September 6, 2024: I contacted Music City Honda as the back panel of my driver's seat came off. A plastic clip was broken at the base and it is a 2012. So I asked about getting replacement clips for it. Originally ordered on 8/24/2024 and I called yesterday to find out what was going on. The clips were $11.14 but I was charged a standard "we will check it out for you fee" of $179.95. It was done in 30 minutes. I had also asked about a dome light that wouldn't come on when the door is opened. I was told it would cost another "we will check it out for you fee" of $179.95. Even if it was just a bulb. So Music City Honda is gouging for service work. There should be a separate fee for when it is something simple. This makes me feel mistrustful. And that is significant for me. The parts and services managers need to think about their fee structure. Not good customer service. Andy Louangphay was my service contact and was great to deal with. Andy is the only reason this is not a one-star review. I have lost faith in Music City Honda. Customer beware and get fees upfront.

Danny was courteous and knowledgeable. Please tell the mechanic/technician I am grateful that he did the work expeditiously and thoroughly, and I was appreciative of the fact that he spotted the spark plug deficiencies - that they needed replaced, which we did. The car seems to be running quieter - but then maybe it was the car wash, (ha,Ha).
We'll be back to continue servicing both our Hondas @ this dealership. We couldn't be more pleased.

Josh Taylor service advisor at Music City Honda. Highly efficient in getting the correct parts for your vehicle and having them installed in a timely manner. He is the second gentleman I have given a 10 out of 10 at this dealership. Very professional and honest, and always says we can fix this, or replace this more than we cannot. One of the best dealerships when it comes to service, go see Josh at Music City Honda.

Plates sent to wrong address. Jeff the salesman was great up front but only has excuses now. Why should we have to chase down the license plate with our time and fuel? Redo the registration and mail us the plate. You have our address.

Wonderful experience. Danny was kind and patient throughout the entire process. He was able to provide clarification when I had questions about repairs. I was at ease throughout this entire process thanks to Danny and the Honda team. I would definitely recommend to my fellow honda drivers!

Josh was great. He makes the visit not seem stressful with whatever service I’m getting and he’s honest about what all I need. We came up with a plan for my next visit for car maintenance. I like that he listens to what all I can afford at the moment. Makes my visit less stressful!

I want to take the time out to shout out Mr. Brent Clark who was just a GEM?? although I did not get a chance to purchase a new vehicle today, he provided me with something that no one has ever done except for one person at THE Jenkins, and Wynne Honda dealership in Clarksville who sold me my last vehicle (Bob Durham)… From the time I came into Brent’s Office I was treated with so much respect and kindness… The words that he said to me really stuck to me, and he made me understand that there are still some people that are truly angels in this world. Going through a tough time in my life, I know that if I run into people like him, the world can and will be a better place…. Your words of wisdom on 8/23/24 will forever be in my heart and mind …. Thank you because I needed this pep talk and I know my mommie in heaven would agree ?????? So when it is my time to trade in my beautiful car I will be going to this dealership and doing business with this incredible person… So thank you so much tell your children they truly have an amazing father and I hope you get the flowers you deserve here on earth because you are truly AMAZING.. Very courteous and fast service! Won’t bring my CRV Hybrid nowhere but to Musicity Honda in Mount Juliet, TN!
Update: This is our 3rd Honda bought at MusiCity Honda and as usual Joshua was so very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. And the 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid is the perfect fit for us and Josh is so friendly and made us so comfortable on our decision. He is a very good asset to the Honda family!

Music City Honda continues to do highly efficient routine maintenance work on my Honda Civic, as they have since I purchased my vehicle in 2021. Clint Hewitt, Service Advisor, will greet you and take down any repairs or maintenance service needed, and then relay that information to the Service Technicians promptly.
When I returned home, Mr. Hewitt soon called to advise me as to the repairs needed, or not needed immediately, and the cost for each repair or service. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Hewitt let me know that my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend Mr. Clint Hewitt to meet your service needs at Music City Honda. Thank you.
