Finally got my Jeep a new top and some new headlights. I was on a work trip during all of my communication with them and they were able to communicate easily and deal with my crazy antics while I was unavailable in the state. My jeep is back to me now and better than ever. Their service was quick and insightful, and I will be going back for any of my needs.

They’ll take care of you! Lots of experience and quick turnaround around times. I like that they’ll work with you on goals for how you want to use your 4x4 and not push you to get anything you don’t need.

I had interior LED lights placed on my 4 Runner! The staff from time the lights were ordered and placed, were wonderful. Excellent customer service and workmanship placing LED lights. Thank You for taking pride in your service to the customer!

I would definitely recommend Music City 4x4 for all of your Jeep needs. With knowledgeable customer service reps and mechanics. I am certainly happy with their business. Even being honest, and telling you that something is beyond their expertise, is a welcome change from other places that will try to fix something and possibly make it worse to charge our for it. 100% satisfied!

I highly recommend staying away from this place if you’re having mechanic work done. Light bars, headlights, sure. My husband and i paid for a bolt check, brakes to be bled, front and rear to be checked. We have done this once before with them in the past. How was a mounting bolt to my caliper bracket missing without them being aware is crazy. Music city 4x4 were the last to work on this vehicle. Day of pick up I contacted about noises and things weren’t feeling right. Fast forward i discover what the problem was.
They said they never worked on that side of the vehicle. So why did i pay to have my brakes bled if they weren’t ? But they have marked where they checked bolts, but i was told that side wasn’t touched?.. Photos below will speak for themselves and show the lies Thomas was giving us. These people will charge a lot of money and only do half the work

Took in my 2012 Wrangler in because I was having the occasional death wobble and my steering was squirrely. They did a death wobble inspection and found the problem. Ended up having them do some work on my front end. Even had it done a day sooner than expected! And now it drives like a dream!!! My only regret is not taking it in sooner!

This company is horrible! They royally messed up my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed that a warning light was on for the ADAS sensor, they told me to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. When I went to the dealership they explained to me how messed up my vehicle was. They had spliced into my lights and voided my warranty on my car that was not even two months old. Not even that but they also installed the headlight incorrectly and made it so that my car no longer has high beams. Additionally they installed the roof rack on incorrectly and now the roof has bad scrapes, scratches and paint chips. They did not seal the mounting points on the roof rack either. They blew a ton of fuses in my car making some features inoperable. Additionally we wanted a light bar put in place and they were unable to do so and just returned the parts however they charged us for the installation of the light bar that they did not install! I attempted to make contact with the company multiple times to get some answers and try to rectify the situation however they have completely ghosted me and won’t return any calls or messages. The dealership I took my car to told me that as soon as they heard I went to music city 4x4 for the work on my car they knew that it would be messed all the way up when the opened the hood. Told me that 50% of cars that get work done there come to the dealership totally messed up with trashy work done, while the other 50% of cars that come in after are decent in done. TRASH COMPANY! 15/10 do not recommend this company. Straight up call your dealership and ask them what their thoughts are on the company, also Toyota told me that they can do everything that music city 4x4 can do without screwing you over!
