UPDATEJust over 1 year later and the car has been junked. We were initially sold the car without working airbags, and Dwayne corrected it. Scary to think that if we didn’t have a code reader, we’d be driving around with a kid in the car and no working airbags (the airbag light on the dash was ripped out). The engine had a slight shake to it that we didn’t think would be a problem. Now, the car has a rod knocking in it and I’m out a car! We should’ve demanded a refund when we were sold a car without airbags!Dwayne was awesome to work with! We got a wonderful car, and he was honest and helpful with us. Very nice place that will treat you like a friend as soon as you pull up! Go see the man in the cowboy hat!

We have bought 3 vehicles from Mitchell Motor and all 3 have been awful. The first 2 were from several years ago. There was a change in management so we thought we would give them another try. We recently bought another car and have had nothing but problems since day 1. The test drive didn't show any issues, but once we got the car it has been nothing but trouble. Noone at the dealership is able to take a look because they don't have any mechanics there. We have spent more trying to fix the car than the car is worth. Not a happy customer. Will never buy another car from this place.
