Best prices in town and Mr Lee was very professional and didn't push us towards any one brand. He took time to ask my wife questions about her sleep pattern and directed her to the best one for her. I would buy from him even if it wasn't the best price.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. They called to setup delivery and was there when they said they would be there. Would absolutely purchase from them again. So very kind! I would also like to add that the delivery guys were great. They had me rolling in laughter before they left. Just a good group working together.

Lester was the best. He listened and took our circumstances into consideration. We were in the store just before Labor Day. Our bed was a special order and he said it would be delivered September 7. I was doubtful but everything was done on time and my disabled daughter is so happy with her new bed. She wishes it was full size, but her room will only accommodate a twin. The delivery guys were very nice and on time too (actually early). I would recommend Mattress King and I will definitely go there the next time I need a bed. Thank you, Lester and Mattress King. Very nice people and give you great deals. We were moving into a newly built home and did not have a new mattress with our new bed and they were able to deliver for us in really short notice! Thanks Mattress King!!

The Rivergate store has our favorite sales person Lester. He doesn’t try to give you the run around but tells you actual facts. He lets us try out mattresses to our hearts content! We highly recommend Lester and have bought 3 mattresses from him. He gives you a lot of facts about mattresses. He tells you which ones sell frequently and that helps me when making a decision. He will go out of his way for his customers! Go see Lester!

If I could would give 0. On 5/21 I purchased a bed rail and 2 mattress encasements, got home to find out because of style of bed the rails would not work. On 5/22 called and was explaining to a salesman about my predicament and he said had a customer would call me back in thirty minutes never got call, went to the store and he talked to me in a very rude manner and while i was trying to explain he got up and started helping a young woman that came in. My son and I left and then came back, he was still rude and telling me to come back next day. The gentleman I encountered on the first day was helpful but the second one was very very rude. I will never go to this place again nor will I tell friends and family to go. Sad to spend money somewhere and get treated like a piece of trash!!!!

I bought a queen-size mattress from Nate.Service was amazing. Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable about different kinds of mattresses. He helped to find a perfect mattress under my budget. Delivery was smooth and fast. The transportation team had great communication and kept me updated with ETA.It's the best place to get your mattress people!!! It's really worse to stop by!

Very helpful. My wife and I were headed to Mattress Firm where we bought our last mattress approximately five years ago. As we headed north on Gallatin Road, my wife noticed another mattress company in the vicinity behind Panda Express. Rather than go back to an organization where our satisfaction was a disappointment, I quickly navigated towards Mattress King. Our initial encounter was with Abe Beasley. He asked questions about our situation to make certain we had exhausted all warranty options of our current mattress . Although this was very much appreciated we advised we were ready to move on. After which Mr. (Abe) Beasley provided exemplary service including everything we needed to know regarding our impending purchase . We purchased the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt; so far we are very pleased with Mr. Beasley assisting us with the purchase and explaining in detail our options even though it was close, if not after, to closing time. As a result, we will no longer visit Mattress Firm as Mattress King is now our vendor of choice. Kudos to Abe!!!

A friend recommended Les at the Mattress King/Rivergate store and he was exactly what my friend said he would be. He was friendly, asked questions about how we slept (side, back or stomach), any health issuses, and very knowledgeable about the type of mattresses best suited to us. He started with the mattresses I thought I might like before he made any suggestions and made sure I tried each mattress for comparison.I purchased a mattress set he suggested. It was delivered the following Saturday (on time and efficiently, old set hauled off for RECYCLING).Love the mattress! I know how Goldilocks felt, not too firm or soft and I do not sweat during the night.i don't know about other mattress stores because I was so pleased with the service Les(ter) Lee at Mattress King provided I did not go to another store and will definitrly buy from him again.
