I very rarely leave reviews but on this i feel I am compelled. I recently moved to Nashville and had a issue with my Bakflip cover on my truck. Went into Line-x in Madison and was VERY pleasantly surprised that not only did they fix my issue for a part I purchased in Florida but did it at No Charge. The owner is Hilarious and even made a recommendation of a Catfish restaurant for us to go to! They have earned a loyal customer in me because they understand how to deliver on customer service.

LineX of Nashville, though they had absolutely no obligation to, went above and beyond for me to correct damage to my truck caused by the carelessness of another installer. And believe me when I tell you, they did not make a penny off of it, it was purely out of the goodness of their hearts. Thank you to Mike (owner), Jimmy (performed the work), and the lady managing the place whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment. Y’all are the best.

I purchased, and had installed, and tri-panel cover for my truck bed.Their prices are fair, install rates very reasonable, and the service was impressive.I am likely to return and purchase running boards as well

Scheduled my 2021 F-150 three weeks ago for a line-x bedliner install. Friendly and easy process. Brought my truck in for the appointment yesterday. Dropped my truck in the morning and picked up at 3:30PM. When I went to pick it up, it was pouring rain, so I didn't inspect the work. Drove home and looked at the bed, and noticed that the tailgate was not coated. I called the shop to inquire why wasn't the tailgate done and was told, "We don't mess with the new tailgates." No effort was made to address the issue I had, nor any effort to retain me as a customer. The quality of the install on what they did coat was good.I have two issues:1. I was never told that they would not coat the tailgate. Not when I made the appointment, not when I dropped the truck, and not when I picked up the truck. I paid full price for the coating, and the expectation is that the ENTIRE bed was coated as I am used to when I have used Line-X for my trucks. It just looks unfinished (because it is). I called the next two closest Line-X installers and they both told me that they coat the 2021 F-150 tailgates, and now I am taking it to them to coat the tailgate at an additional cost. If they had been up front with me, I never would have used Line-X of Nashville.2. When I got into my truck after picking it up, the drivers seat was covered in Line-X overspray from whoever parked it. Not very professional nor customer oriented.I will never use Line-X of Nashville again.

Stopped in to make an appointment, only to be told that they would not strip and re cover my factory Ford running boards. Ford had an issue on the 1st generation Raptor, where the coating would pull up from the aluminum running boards. I have multiple friends that have these exact running boards redone by LINE-X in other states. Their reason for not doing it, was because I didn’t buy the running boards from them. I was hoping to have my bed and wheel wells done as well, but I’m not interested any longer.

I've used Line - X on two trucks and they've always come through. I had a small chip appear on the tailgate and they got me in right away and repaired it! Awesome job.

Finally got my truck bed done and it was much quicker than anticipated. The ladies up front are cool and the shop did a great job
