“We've been doing business with RSA for about a year if not longer. Never had any issues with anything we've order. My mom never knows what to get my husband for Christmas. Last year she was able to do Christmas in July right in here budget. Very happy for her and my husband. We bought several Christmas presents this past year. “I recently got a dollhouse and decided to check this place out on a whim. It was like a miniature museum right when you walked through the door. It looks small from the outside but it’s actually quite big with multiple rooms. Anything you could want for your dollhouse they have. I could have browsed for hours. It was so much fun talking to the owners. Jean and Renee gave me a tour and helped me find a beautiful grasshopper weathervane. They even do dollhouse restorations. Overall it was my favorite find in Nashville and I can’t wait to return.”
“I went to this location looking for some items to put together gift boxes for a large wedding party and was having a hard time finding something would work.
In comes one of the nicest and most cordial gentleman I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.
I interrupted Keith while he was diligently restocking products on the shelves and he stopped everything he was doing to assist me. We found some boxes that would work, but definitely not enough in stock for my needs. Keith took it upon himself to call another location and find out if they had what I needed. Unfortunately that didn't work either and we found an alternative solution.
When I needed additional assistance finding some ribbon, Keith walked me over to another team member and spoke highly of his staff and their ability to assist me with what I needed.
The entire staff at this location was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
It may not have been what I wanted, but I found what I needed and it's all due to Keith and his team on this day. Thank you for making this such a pleasurable shopping experience.”

I've been beading for many years and used to have a business and Beaded Bungalow has better quality merchandise than any bead show I've ever been to. Mr. Phil will spend as much time with you as you like. He is a great salesman and loves the beads he sells. I live in Kentucky, so I don't get to this store as often as I would like, but he will ship anywhere and send pictures of beads, etc, to help you get your bead fix! Here are a few examples of projects I made from Mr. Phil's beads. The Keshi pearls and morganite beads are absolutely stunning! The pictures don't do them justice. “I went in there this evening with my 8 year old son, who loves to ask questions LOL especially since he is new to pokemon. Everybody in here was super knowledgeable and very patient and very cool about dealing with a younger kid. We will likely be back not only to buy cards but to play some rounds with these guys. “They put a 40% off sign on item but did not honor it. Item rang up full price and cashier just kept telling me the item with this sticker never goes on sale even after I showed her the side wing. I even suggested to a worker to take it down if it's wrong but he just just said ok. I shop at this location alota and this was a first.”
