The Maintenance here is phenomenal. Drako helped me out so much when my air unit wasn’t working. I appreciated how on top of it he was. Definitely can rely on him for anything!

My air unit was out my unit was at a 84 I called for a maintenance requested I was appointed Draco aka Sam hvac guy he fixed my unit in 25 minutes after a whole day of not having air in 90 degree weather he changed my filters & unthaw my unit because it was frozen now it’s blowing cold ever air . Thank you Drako 10/10 highly recommend.

Their phone system is EXTREMELY frustrating. It is automated so it doesn't want to connect to a human. Very very frustrating! Just keep saying Agent, agent, agent, over and over. Finally, they will say, would you like to speak to an agent? My BP spiked.

We are happy with the new administration and the office staff, this apartment complex is well cleaned and maintenance problems are resolved very quickly, especially Mrs. Beatriz, very attentive and professional in her work.

Do not come to live in this place the administration is disgusting They just put new Córdova administration... in this place the bathtubs in the apartments are all unpainted and falling apart... they have no control of who lives or the vehicles in the apartments there are 2 apartments rooms where 10 people live and 10 vehicles you will never find parking for yourself. I invite you to arrive one day at night before renting in this place, you will see that they have cars everywhere, no control, it seems like public housing

I love this place, it is very quiet, especially the new management and maintenance staff, they are available 24 hours a day and immediately deal with the problems of the apartments, I recommend this place for anyone who wants to feel safe and happy
