Great local game location, with a huge variety of all things video games. The staff here is super welcoming and friendly. Thankful to have this place in the neighborhood!

I've been shopping here since "Game Masters™". Walking into the store itself is like going through a time vortex portal (whatever that is) of current and classic gaming! Awesome and knowledgeable staff, even if they are not aware of something game related they take the advice and opinions of their customers, the gamers! If you want to be cool, then shop here! (You do wanna be cool, right?) ^_^

Always have a great time coming here and finding stuff! Found a Steelbook of Metroid Prime Trilogy and Spyro Enter the Dragonfly! The owner/manager of the place is always friendly and helpful! Best game store in Nashville!

You will NOT find a better selection of games, nor will you find a more knowledgable staff ANYWHERE for miles around. A great business that offers exceptional customer service, agreeable prices, and reasonable store credit and cash for trade-ins. Been going here since I was a kid, always had what I wanted.

Awesome retro game store! They have wide selection that ranges from more common titles all the way to rare and obscure glass case finds. The switch collection is very nice with titles you won't find at the big name game stores. There were also older gen consoles available at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend The Game Trader if your looking for something more than what you find at the usual video game store.

First, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is so neat and organized. Everything is in category by game system and then by alphabetical order.Way better than most of the re-sell and vintage gaming stores I’ve been to.This place is out of my way, but I’ll make the trip to come back.

Never wrote a review but this place has always been my go to for the longest time since EBGames went away. Gamestop has always been jacked up prices but not here. Given me good deals on my own things to sell or refurbished items they have for sale. Not to mention the games are fairly priced for both sides.

Disclaimer: I've only visited once and didn't buy anything. I usually take my time on purchases. This place made me feel super nostalgic, super old (lol), and super welcome. The guys behind the counter offered their help multiple times while I browsed (I was looking for a good condition, unmodified 3DS). Yes, one could make the argument that you can get the systems and games you want cheaper elsewhere, but here you get instant delivery and do not even have to wait on next day air shipping. For that reason, "I'll be back."

Purchased a wii and some games. The first game Mario sluggers, when I opened it I noticed it was a fake game burned onto a dvd and not the original. Hard pass with the price I paid. I went back today to swap it out and was given a real copy. Now I find out the wii I bought cannot read discs anymore. Now I have to go back for a 3rd time ? hopefully this next time is a much better experience.
