This was the first place that had a decent selection and of styles we wanted. Jeremy was no pressure and available when needed. It’s been a real pleasure to purchase over $15k furniture from them this spring. Dealed with Austin in particular, but everyone has been extremely friendly, yet professional, and the shop itself proved to be my number one choice for future projects. The timeliness of the deliveries, the price deals, overall the whole experience with Price Point has been 5 stars. Unlike other big competitors names, I’d rather give the business to a smaller shop where I’m not treated like a credit card. “I will say that Tina is absolutely an amazing Sales lady. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. The only issues we did have is delivery. I do think that this store should hire more people to deliver furniture. I also realize how hard it is to find good people that want to work. My furniture was to be delivered on Friday, well Friday rolls around and they told me it wasn't going to be delivered. We made such a fuss about getting it delivered because we had 5 kids sitting on the floor. They did bring a driver out and he was amazing. However, my husband and teenage son had to help him bring everything in. Again, I get it. People don't want to work. Was a good experience overall though. Just please hire more help.”

More importantly he really listened to what we were looking for as far as size, look and price point so much so that he even communicated with us on his days off to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The staff in store and with Acceptance Now (in-house) facilitated the purchase and made it smooth and pain free. American Signature is the only place I’ll buy furniture from.
