The service was great and hassle free. He was very helpful from start to finish...beginning with the phone call for service. He understood exactly what the problem was with my 65" Samsung TV and fully fixed it. Literally 8-9 months later, it is one of my favorite TVs in my house. He was professional, knowledgable, and punctual and the price for repair was very fair. I'd highly and confidently recommend Doug to anyone looking for electronics service.

I was having an issue playing tapes on my vcr and I dropped it off with Doug for him to look at/work on. A few short days later he had it working like it was brand new! Very kind and professional, I would recommend him to anyone in the Nashville area who needs help with tv repair!

I work for a company in downtown Nashville, and I actually meant to make this review a while ago. We've had Doug's TV repair out here twice to fix two different TV's. Not only was the service above and beyond expected both times, but the prices were more than fair. Extremely professional, quick, and fair. Anyone that needs some repairs should give this company a call.

Had a really great experience using Doug's TV Repair. Best Buy told me I needed to just buy a new TV as trying to repair my malfunctioning Samsung OLED would be too expensive, but that was not the case at all. Doug was able to quickly diagnose the issue, order a new part, and complete the repair to fully resolve the issue at a price I was very comfortable with. I am very pleased with Doug's service and would highly recommend it.

Doug showed up on time and called before he came. He is a one man job and as such, I left a message and he called me back promptly. He clearly sends all his calls to voicemail while he is on a job and calls back in between jobs. Very appropriate as he focuses on the job at hand.My really expensive Samsung was dead as a door nail. Fixed my complicated tv short with some electrical tape and charged a very reasonable price. He also explained what was going on and what he could do to fix it prior to fixing my tv.He also has a fantastic mustache. Can’t ask for more.

A Nashville treasure!! They were a total pleasure to work with. He came over for a house visit with the “patient” and quickly diagnosed the issue. Our TV is now back up and running like new.For others out there who might be wondering if they should try to repair their TV or buy a new one: we highly recommend just giving them a call! We had been sure our TV was dead but figured we would take a chance on getting it fixed. Very glad we decided to go with Doug’s TV Repair. ?

He knows his tvs !! Answered my questions and didn’t have to waste any money trying to fix what can’t be fixed. a small crack in the screen and messed up pic as a result . He can be trusted!

Doug came out two days after the call to check my OLED tv. He was professional, quick, and forgiving of having to reschedule the actual repair. The price of the part and labor is exactly right. No scalping or duping anyone into something they don’t need.

Very nice, on time, called to let me know he was on the way, Took tv off the wall and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Service charge and price for TV repair was awesome. I totally recommend calling him for your TV repairs.

I called and left a message with Doug for an issue with my LG OLED TV. Doug promptly called me back and scheduled a time for the following day. His communication was good and he let me know when he was about 30 minutes away and arrived on time. He spotted the issue with my tv immediately after he opened it up (clip was undone) and fixed it and just charged me the fee for the assessment. I appreciated his helpfulness and honesty and strongly recommend him.
