I visit two Dirt Cheap locations, and a major price tag difference on items. Michael Kors Mens jacket $40, Madison location $120 gtfoh! Nothing Cheap! Another example purchase a Queen size matress pad Priced from Dirt Cheap $179. Yet a clearance sticker intact from the original retail store $89. Go figure? Nothing Dirt cheap, but dirty lies yes!

This location is full of trash, multiple aisles with no product. Employees arguing over who will open the second register ... I stopped at this and murpheesboro locations. This was terrible!!!

Bathrooms aren’t open to customers and the hispanic cashier gave attitude for asking if she speaked Spanish. After that, I felt as if the whole time I was being targeted by her as she would continuously stare across the room at me while laughing and talking to the other cashier behind her. To top that off at checkout she told my dad to go put away an item that he didn't want where it belonged. Excuse me but isn’t it your job to do that? My family and I are normal customers and enjoy coming to this store however I did not appreciate this experience because of her. Customer service is key in running a business and in keeping customers coming back. Please remind your employees of this!!!

The place use to have great deal not even say if is a good deal. I haven't been there atless 4 year but decided to check it out again and was disappointed. I look at the DeWalt nail gun and grass trimmer, both have no battery so I thought I buy the battery on Amazon but when I check the two with cashier and both items it wasn't worth and the time to go buy battery for them. The nail gun was $227.00 not included tax, remind no battery so by the time I buy the battery for it, it added to the price I would better off bought at Home Depot and little cheaper with Military discount. So at the end of the day this Dirt Cheap store will soon go out of business or slowly die out.

If you can get over the entire shopping are being a total disaster with items laying everywhere, you can find good deals. Most offerings I looked at were at least 50% off retail prices.
