Bought first helmet. Nicholas walked me through everything I need and also helped me understand what to look for... walked out with a helmet and more knowledge (Got a Bell, mips was decider for me and he said was good choice).

Me and one other guy walked in and not a single employee said hey to us. For reference there were about 6 guys behind the counter. The only thing the one who checked me out said was how much I owed. Never said anything before or after that. Not sure I’ll be back.

They changed my two dirt bike tires right there while I waited. I bought the tires there and they changed them for $20 each. Great deal, if you've ever changed your own tires you know what a pain that is. Well worth the price. I had priced a motorcycle shop and they quoted me $60 even with the tires purchased at said shop. Definitely coming back. Customer service was great.

Always a good selection of gear, helmets and accessories. Employees are always willing to answer questions and give their personal input since just about everybody there is a rider.

The young lady at Cycle Gear was SO helpful. She introduced us to a travel product that we REALLY needed for our trip to New Orleans. Plus, the store had the product that we originally wanted. We’ll be back soon!

Stopped in to exchange a pair of boots I bought from a different location a couple of weeks prior. I lost the original receipt somewhere between the previous location and here. Zero issues getting them exchanged and all of the staff were very friendly. Also, one of the nicer looking stores I’ve been in! I’ll definitely be back!
