I had a great experience with Phillip. He is very informative, quick to find information, and was very patient. I highly recommend using Chase as well. So far it has been very simple and the app is even more simple. 5 stars for Chase, 10 stars for Phillip.

Multiple people milling around the lobby and only one in the window. Standing here for 15 mins and not one person offered to go to the other empty window and take my deposit.
