We purchased an $800 windshield for our Honda Pioneer. We were planning on installing the windshield ourselves. They did not have the windshield in stock, so it had to be ordered and shipped to their location. The windshield took several weeks to arrive at their dealership. When we picked up the box at their location the windshield was placed in the back of our truck in a large box that was taped shut. Shame on us for not opening the box at their location, because once we got it home and opened the box the windshield was cracked. We called the dealership, and they told us to bring it back. We returned the cracked windshield. Didn't hear a response for several weeks assuming we were waiting on a new windshield. When we called to inquire, they told us they could not confirm if the windshield was broken or not upon delivery, so they were not going to replace it. They did offer to install it for no charge if we wanted to buy another $800 windshield.

Eh. Service has always been so so there. I Was looking at buying from them most of their sales staff are rude and couldn’t care less. Clay is who I would recommend if you are going in to look at something. He was very helpful when I went in to look at a bike.

Very quick service, friendly and informative staff. Super reasonable pricing!! Good to know there are still companies that are willing to treat you well and not overcharge! Would recommend this company for sales and service. We have always had a great customer experience!

Bought a 2023 Triumph. Bike is awesome. Curtis was my salesman and dealt primarily through email as I was busy working at the same times the dealership is open. The bike was ready when I got there and Curtis was polite and got things moving very quickly. My only gripe was a small paint marker mark on the seat of my new bike at pickup. Likely done when service was getting the bike ready to mark all predelivery inspection items, came off with mild cleaner. Overall good experience, will be returning for the first service after I hit 600 miles! Thanks

Craig MercerCastle PowersportsSuper helpful and went up and beyond in Customer service, bought a Kawasaki elektrode from them, went and charged it, we where from out of town couldn’t get product to operate, he went to the store after hours and checked out another unit to get us the info he needed to get ours up and going. A++++ in the customer service and all around awesome people, would spend my money here for sure again. Great business!!!!!! Will be back!!!! Thank you

I took my motorcycle to repair the engine then they dismantled my motorcycle they did whatever they wanted with my time months later they gave me my disassembled motorcycle charging me a lot of money for something they never did and to finish making it better my mechanic notifies me that my The suspension is damaged because they changed the good parts for bad ones, you will have to pay attention in that place, it is terrible, and the gentlemen are a little racist.

I want to thank the staff for their exceptional professionalism. I damaged my jet ski and they supported me during the insurance claim on numerous occasions. I am new to owning a jet ski and their professionalism was greatly appreciated, which may submitting my insurance claim very smooth. Thanks especially to Blaise (not sure I spelled it correctly) to his support. I will recommend Castle Powersports due to his professionalism. He is definitely an asset. Thanks again for your support.

Had Goldwing in for a routine inspection and new tires, they did a recall on the brakes too. Had to take the bike back three times. First time forgot to put on new tires they had for a week. Second time handbar was left loose. Third time fluid leaked out of brakes, no rear brakes they did recall on. Lame excuse each time, was all my fault. Last time had another dealer pickup from their lot and repair. So far so good. Sure none of my riding buddies will be going here, LOL.

I took my 2020 Triumph Tiger 1200 Alpine Edition to Castle Powersports as they were the closest dealer to my residence. Not only did they take good care of me as a customer with questions I had about my Triumph, plus having the necessary accessories and safety appearal etc.......the service department in particular went far and above & stepped up for me and is a direct reason that I will continue to be a faithful customer at Castle Powersports. They do excellent work at a more than fair price and they try to help you save $ at the same time.I know right? You probably can't even imagine that actually happening in a real world but it did and does at Castle!I live on the south side of town and when I had to trailer my bike to Castle, the Nashville traffic was terrible and I ended up getting it to them after 5pm which was after closing time and the guys were nice enough to stay late and wait for me to get there and even helped me get my bike off the trailer and were not only a big help, but ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in the process of the repairs done to my bike. I give the service department a huge 5 + star rating and will say that you should absolutely ?% make these fellas a part of your personal powersport machine maintenance team! They are a rare find in thier industry as a whole and a refreshing overall experience awaits you if you give them a chance to help you with your machines!-Brandon Stengel

Walked in and it was busy the fact the seller/whoever was talking to me seemd obvious he didn't care or offer any type of reason why I should be interested in the bikes they sell.

Talked to the same salesman twice. Once over the phone and I could tell he was annoyed by my simple questions about OTD pricing. He hung up on me.. went in person to I give the benefit of the doubt. It was no better. Went to American power sports and ended up buying there.
