“This airport has the best logistics from arrival to departure. Some cities can take a page out of Nashville airport. Pick up your ride share was fantastic. Security was less stressful. Restaurant was plentiful.”
“When I picked up the rental at the Hendersonville Tenn. site, the female staff member was very rude. When I ask a question she would not look at me and be very short as if she was having a bad day or didn't like what she had to do. Very unprofessional, leave your home life at home! When I returned the rental vehicle a different male staff member checked me in and was professional and polite, He explained the refund procedure on returning the vehicle early that I was not aware of.”

“The Customer Service Reps were great. The rental itself smelled of smoke. Yes the Rep did offer to clean it again but generally smoke smell is embedded in the seats. The previous Customer saw the non smoking sign posted on the dashboard and smoked in the rental anyway. But other than that Enterprise is my place for Rentals. Check in and check out was an ease.”

“Highly recommend! I was planning a trip to Nashville and wanted a proper luxury vehicle to ride around in. From the second I reached out before my trip, Lacey was extremely helpful -- letting me know what cars were available, pricing, and vehicle specifics like model years and color. She was always very quick to respond and made sure everything was tied up and ready by the time I landed. Upon arriving, I was also treated extremely well by Josh who walked me through the features and interface of the Porsche I rented -- making sure I was comfortable before driving off. Honestly, the best and most seamless rental experience I've ever had. I can't speak highly enough about Lacey and Josh! Next time I'm in town, I'll absolutely be renting from this location again.”
