Took my motorcycle in to get an oil change. Staff alerted me to a leaking seal in the primary. They were able to fix the leak without a lot of additional time. Got me out and on the road before the rain got there. Will definitely go back

This is the 3rd new bike I’ve purchased from Boswell’s Ring of Fire Harley Davidson. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The entire staff make you feel like you’ve come home every time you go in.

Recently I had some upgrades done to my 2021 street glide. We did Bars, Cam, intake, exhaust etc. The tech Adam that worked on my bike did a great job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jim was great to work with and very patient in helping me find exactly what I wanted for my bike! Because I couldn’t make up my mind. Lol. I am very happy with the work performed and will definitely be back! Thanks for all your help Jim, Adam and crew of ring of fire! Jason Mitchell

Service department is not helpful to their fellow Harley riders. Tried to get some assistance today on a tire pressure indicator light and they acted like they couldn't be bothered. They weren't busy either. Very disappointed.

Shout out to Big Ben in the parts department! He has always been very helpful when I have called or went in. Had to send the missus there today to order some parts for me (she hates it when I send her places) but he was very nice to her and made her feel comfortable. Everybody that we have delt with there has been nice.
