“Repeat client. Great prices and fast repairs. They found another repair and called me to see if I wanted it done and since it was my brake pads I said yes. I've found over the years that Mechanics can get frustrated when being barraged with questions in a negative tone that its best to befriend them and treat them kindly. I've never had an issue at Fleet and all people should be treated as you want to be treated NICE! Speaking from a Mom who's Daughter was an auto mechanic who was not treated well by her fellow employees!! Sad.”

“I was in the middle of doordashing, notice a literal cork screw in my tire. Come here, they said they couldn’t just plug it because it was touching the inside of the rim and that I would have to get at least 2 tires (It was time for all 4.) I didn’t have the money to even leave with 2 tires right then, so I try to get on the financing plan (i’m 19 with no credit.) Couldn’t get on any type of financing plan so here I am sitting there upset because i’m in the worst predicament and I had to end my doordash at this point and didn’t know what else to do. The kind team told me I wasn’t leaving there without 4 new tires ($500+) . I looked at them in disbelief, and stated how thankful I was. Sure enough a couple hours later I’m driving off with 4 new tires and absolutely no charge. I can’t express how much of a blessing this was! Amazing people, definitely gained a new customer!”
