Very high prices. A TSA cup for $79 or a bottle of JD 10 years for €490 that only cost $95 at the distillery a week earlier. But there are collectors who will pay any price, and that is being exploited here.

Stopped in before and after trip to JD distillery. Lady behind the till was really nice made you feel special. Only gave the low rating as she said “since I came back to the store and bought more products I would receive a 25% discount”. This was a lovely bonus but in fact it was a ploy to perhaps make you feel good and/or purchase more, which I thought about doing. However, after doing the math I realized she never gave me any such discount. Hence the low rating… don’t fall for the ploy like I did. Yep I am a fool for the sweet talker?♀️

Every time when I’m in JD area, I have to visit and say hello to wonderful Ladies’s behind counter! Great place to see, but many vintage and current JD released bottles and souvenirs. See you next time!

Stopped in while on vacation , bought a few things , the lady inside was friendly and helpfulJack sits outside all by himself , no he would not let out any information on the ingredients, but I think he was just happy someone sit beside him ? ?

If you want to see a lot of cool old vintage Jack daniels bottles this place is great. Had tons of glassware souvenirs and lots of bbq/ seasonings as well. One of the best t shirt selections in town if that’s what you’re after but it’s really just cool to see all the vintage bottles. There are two gold Jack Daniels statues to take photos with too just dont stand on the base!

Another shop in Lynchburg selling Jack Daniel's souvenirs. We didn't need to purchase anything as we had already got what we needed at an earlier tour of the distillery. There is, though, a very good statue of a relaxed Jack Daniels sitting on a bench outside the store. Worth seeking out if only for that.

Wonderful place and the sales women were great. If you can find all the rare bottles of JD and a host of neat and useful items. I bought the Before and After charcoal mellowing sample pack. I never knew it even existed and am eager to try it.

We had a treat time shopping here and the lady working the counter was very friendly and offered lots of info on the bottles of Jack (that are not for sale). It was like an extension of the tour.

Enjoy the store so much. Store employees very knowledgeable. And very very helpful. We're looking forward to going back. It was one of the best places we visited. Next to Jack Daniels. Jack is number one.
