Love the tour. Last time we visited was probably 40 years ago & a lot has changed. Our tour guide Anthony was awesome & was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the operation of the distillery. He made the tour informative & fun. Our only thing we forgot was to get out picture ?

A great late 1800's style General Store design and architecture. Everywhere you look is the JD brand on just about anything you can thing of putting it on. Lots and lots of wood from barrel staves, to barrel tops, to the barrels themselves, all for sale with the JD logo. Employees were friendly and provided lots of good suggestions. A definite place to stop if you are ever in Lynchburg.

As a local Nashville based realtor, I come down to Lynchburg every month to get engraved bottles and personalized memorabilia as closing gifts for my clients. (After all, there's nothing more "Tennessee" than Jack Daniels right???) Every time I walk into the general store, there's one employee named James Russell who always greets me by name and with a smile! Just wanted to say thank you for always taking the extra steps to make costumers feel so welcome and helping me take care of my clients like you do. Keep up the great work James, I'm sure I'll see you again soon!!
