While I didn't buy any jeans, I was on a time crunch, staff were very friendly and attentive. Looked like there was a very wide selection of sizes and styles.

$160 for 1 jeans!wow!they don't even offer a warranty for wear and tear!for $160 it better last a few yearstalk about a greedy company.they don't even pay thier workers that good either.

Great people here just dissapointed to know these are factory REJECTS.. send the best over seas?To bad if I wanna order jeans online id have no clue to proper size to get.... and no I don't drive there just for jeans!I'm at the point of more jeans... but im not gonna order then return and re order... this will only hurt the company... as im forced to buy legitimate jeans elsewhere at some point.

Fantastic, friendly service and American made jeans. We drove over an hour so we could visit and we were not disappointed. These are comfortable, tough jeans. Thank you for keeping them 100% American!

I feel the jeans are lower cut or ride lower on the hips than the ones I've bought in the past. Also the back pockets are smaller and it is more trouble to get my wallet in and out. Have you changed your pattern or did I just mess up an get a different style jean this time?

I'm really surprised to see negative reviews on Diamond Gusset jeans. After a lifetime of wearing Levi's, it got to where I could never depend on sizes being accurate, after the farmed their manufacturing out to any 3rd world country available. They were horrible! So a buddy of mine told me that I should try Diamond Gusset jeans. I did, and I've worn nothing else since that day! Of course I love that Diamond Gusset jeans are American made, but it's the style, fit, and quality that keeps me wearing them. And the service is phenomenal! Of course, I've been going into both stores so long now, that they know me and know the size and style that I like. In the Lynchburg store, they'll even alter the length for you while you wait, if needed. What other jean company does that? Like everyone else, their stock on hand has been hampered by COVID, but anytime I call to ask about availability of my style and size, I get friendly helpful answers. Bottom line: I'll be wearing Diamond Gusset jeans exclusively for many years to come! Bonus: They look really great in promo pictures!

12.95 for priority shipping that took 10 days. Shipping manager Fhonda blames the post office knowing they are late delivering late and still changes $12.95. Great customer service diamond gusset
