I came from out of state all the way from PA to buy a specific KIA Telluride from Rusty Wallace Kia. I worked with a sales rep name Greg Taylor who was fantastic from start to finish. The whole process from trading in my previous vehicle to driving off the lot with the new Telluride was seamless and efficient. Everything they promised over the phone was delivered once I got there in person. Overall it was a great buying experience and I would not hesitate to purchase again from Greg and Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa, TN. Thank again, much appreciated.

What a great experience buying our new Kia! Greg Taylor, our sales rep was so warm and welcoming. He helped us find the perfect ride and took the time to sit in the car and teach us all about the new features we were getting. There are features we have never had on a car before and Greg was patient in explaining and teaching us how to use these great additions to the car. He listened to our needs and requests then narrowed down our interest to THE Kia for us! So happy!! Thanks Greg and Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa.

Steer clear folks! I went in for a lease. I walked out with numbers that looked reasonable, only to find out the next day that the sales manager gave me the wrong numbers - attributed it to an honest mistake. Isn’t your business to sell and quote numbers? The worst part? When I explained the situation to their GM Brian he said he’d try to work something out. When I called him back, he had his lackluster sales guy give me the run around. Stand by your numbers and your offers. Go to Parkside or someplace else if you want an honest and reliable
Team to sell you a Kia . I did and it worked just fine!

Tried to sell me a K5 GT for over $43,000 which was about $4.000 over the sticker price advertised on the web site. I didn’t find out about the $4.000 markup above MSRP until after I already got approved. That’s Mustang GT pricing for a family sedan. And the Mustang has over 200 hp more than the K5. Was going to stay in the Kia family. Not anymore.

TLDR: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dealership, which lured me in under false pretenses only to deploy deceptive sales tactics aimed at inflating their profits. They are dishonest.
The ordeal began with a blatant lie and only deteriorated from there. I was searching for a specific car model and found one listed at this dealership. Living nearly an hour away, I called ahead to confirm the car's availability and price. Greg Taylor assured me it was on the lot and priced as advertised online.
After making the drive, I met with Greg, who quickly shifted from pleasantries to informing me about a $5,500 market adjustment on the car. This extra charge was nowhere to be found on their website or in the online ad. When I pointed this out, he claimed it was a mistake and said he would 'escalate it to their IT team.' He then tried to justify the markup with vague economic reasoning, essentially blaming consumers for the added costs. To add insult to injury, he suggested I waste more of my time haggling with his manager to negotiate the inflated price. I asked the manager if I could buy the car at MSRP, and he just stared back at me with a blank expression, as if his glory days on the high school football field were the last time he had any meaningful brain activity.
Frustrated, I walked out and went to Grayson Hyundai, where I bought a new Venue for under MSRP with no unnecessary markups.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle with Greg Taylor. He followed up with me a few months after my initial test drive when a pre-owned car with the specifications I wanted was traded in. I had a few concerns about the car that I wanted addressed and Greg made sure that everything was corrected within the week. He listened to all my concerns and assisted me in negotiating a price within my budget. I highly recommend asking for him personally if you are looking for a vehicle.

Salesmen have just gotten pushy and flat out rude. Was a nice place a few years back. I went looking for a 6 cylinder later model Sorento. And they just crammed the 4 cylinder down my throat.

The dealer was either negotiating with another person and myself simultaneously or after negotiating with me via email and pics of trade in sold the vehicle to someone else. Dirty. Also, offered me roughly $5000 less for my trade in vs Carvana.

Had a great experience leasing my '24 EV9 GT line. Met Tyler Kitts and he was awesome helping me with questions and test drives. I had his cell # and he responded to every text every time within minutes. I got an accurate quote (vs $300 more/month at another dealer). No hidden fees. You hear about nightmares at dealerships but this was so easy. No surprises. Highly recommend Tyler and this particular dealership in Alcoa. As for my new EV? It's awesome!
