Meadowland Property Management managed my rental home for me for about 8 years, and they did an outstanding job. They made the process really easily and took care of everything. If there was something to be fixed, they would arrange for it to be done. They also did a good job keeping my house rented. They even renovated part of it for me when I was working out of the country. All the people I dealt with there were very helpful, especially Ryan Neufeld and . I highly recommend working with them!

I have lived here for 2 years going on 3 and have no intention or interests in leaving any time soon. I absolutely love my place my kids love it and we couldn’t be happier . Price is good maintenance is great and Ryan the property manager is very hardworking and so nice and helpful .Brun property management have some of the best people I have ever got to rent from the staff there work so well with you are extremely pleasant and very caring I was in a very tough situation and Ryan did his most with helping me and getting me thru it all while me still having my home . They work with you the best they can they are the friendliest people I’ve met here by far and if u need something fixed or something gets broken or any repairs they are on top of it and get things taken care of immediately I would recommend renting from brun property to anyone anywhere strangers,friends and even family that’s how highly I think of them .. thanks to them my family continues to have such an amazing home and amazing people to work with thank you guys for all the hard work yous do

My husband and I lived here for 2.5 years and we never had any issues. The maintenance staff has been so quick to respond to our requests and anything that needed fixed was handled in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and we were very pleased with how everything (deposit, flexibility, and communication) was handled when we moved out. This was a great first place for us to live.

This was a wonderful place to rent from. Ryan the property manager is very understanding and helpful. Rent is reasonable and their maintenance is always there when something goes wrong.

A few months ago I was having a hard time finding a new place to live. I stopped by one day and they happened to have a vacancy. 3 days later I was moving in. Pretty nice apartments for the price. Had to call maintenance only once so far(a/c wasn’t working) they had a tech out the same day, turns out the batteries had died in the thermostat. I’m happy thus far!

I'm with everyone else. If we could give negative reviews to Meadowland property management I would. The people really are crooks, nickel and dime every chance they get. Can't keep track of maintenance records but are on top of when that Rent is due. Don't care everyone is in hard times right now. Won't help, dont care, just want their money.

Meadowlands is the worst, they come in without asking or when you aren't home, they don't treat the renters with respect. They kick people out without cause. They also have bugs. Wouldn't recommend this place

I just moved here recently and the whole process has been amazing. Every individual in the office has been an absolute pleasure to speak to. My favorite experience has been going to talk to Cindy at the front. She calls me gorgeous and makes me feel welcome. Ryan is super awesome and a GREAT property manager. So far I’m really impressed and very happy with my apartment!
