I have literally accidentally bought two out of date products here. One being my five year old child’s allergy medicine. She took it for 3 weeks before I realized it went out of date Dec 2023, it’s now September 2024. The first one I can see being an accident because it was Ginger ale, the only reason I noticed was because it was stale, but the kids medicine though?

Their point of sale systems went down, so I couldn’t make a purchase with my debit or credit cards. Pretty ridiculous and unacceptable

Why is this store even Open for business? The last two weeks it was closed on Saturday cause no one wanted to work, than twice they didn't except cards only cash. This store services no prepose to our community except a waste of time to stop only to find out all the issues going on.

Disorganized store with random things laying around misplaced. I went to buy mayonnaise and they only one kind in the largest size. Over $6 with tax. That's about the same it costs in regular grocery stores. You're called Dollar General for a reason, remember?? I wanted to buy some dog treats which were on a hanging rack and listed for $1.00. However when I was ready to check out, they rang up for $5. Apparently another employee stocked items in the wrong places. Next time I'll drive couple more miles to the Kroger off Northshore.

I love this store and I appreciate those that have shown up and done the best they can to still serve the community and I know that often times staff are instructed to NOT ? PUT ANY SIGNAGE from Corporate and Superiors and this may be the case. This store is a very nice and clean store and the employees here are most of the time wonderful.

This place would be so nice if they would get an owner that would consistently keep the store hours the same. The new workers have really improved the store but what makes people not want to shop here is the fact that you never know whether or not they are open. Nothing makes me more furious than having to go 10 miles down the road to another Dollar General because the dollar general that’s .2 miles away from me isn’t open at any given time of the day. I swear that infuriates me.

Dollar General Store is a favorite place to shop. Their prices are very affordable, and they have a wide selection of products for everyday living. The sales clerks are always friendly, efficient, and helpful.
