“I was looking for a good place to get my brand new car ceramic coated and Max Detailing did not disappoint. If your on the fence to find a good reputable highly professional detailing work done on your hard earned vehicle, look no further and do yourself a favor and get your vehicle taken care of here. I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide.I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!”

“First time at Harper car wash and I got the "white glove" wash which includes window cleaning, vacuum, and light detailing. Before the car wash they brush the car so there are no missed spots (like the tailgate) that happen at other car washes. It is a great service that I'll use every 3 months or so.The equipment is a little old, so the new car wash being built down the street is timely. I'll definitely be back.”

“Young man was very kind & helpful! He saw me struggling to use the machine that will clean your mat once you feed it in……was only the driver side (all weather) mat, he ultimately went and sprayed it off for me bc for whatever reason it wouldn’t take that one mat. The other 3 worked fine.”
“My experience at this location was amazing. I am elderly and on oxygen, so I don't get out much. I decided that my car needed some cleaning so I stopped in. The young lady at the front greeted me with a smile and helped me through getting my payment done. The staff were all so helpful but especially I believe was the manager JJ. He noticed I was having issues vacuuming my car and he took the time to introduce himself and offered to vacuum my entire car for me. I tried to give him a tip but he declined and said " I appreciate it, but please keep it...it was my pleasure". Thank you Pure Magic and the whole staff...I will definitely be back soon!”

There was an issue with the tire shine.
I simply walked up and casually engaged the gentleman at the entrance. I didn't expect anything; I was simply pointing out the issue for them to correct it for the future.
The gentleman was very friendly. He looked at the issue and gave my tires a full shine treatment (by hand) without hesitating. I tried to offer a tip, but he declined it politely.
An excellent experience. (Good, strong vacuums, too.)”

“This Zips is far superior to Moss Grove. The only issue I have is the mowers came theough while I was detailing the inside of my car and blew grass on my car and the floor mats I had laying next to it drying. Maybe let people know the mowers are coming through?”

The gentleman who checked me in gave me a heads up that it may take longer than expected because they were understaffed due to a stomach bug that had taken a few of their team members out.
With that in mind....it was worth every second I waited.
I don't think my car looked this good when I bought the thing years ago.

“First time trying and very worked well. Never got the wheel cleaner or plain water to work but soap and spotless rinse did a nice job. Would recommend to anyone who's looking to detail their ride and not want to risk the damage of an automated machine.

Very little turn over with this group! They all work together as a team. There are no weak ones in the group, that is why I keep coming back.
