“I have never seen a 5 star review auto place before Valet Auto Tech but can confirm they are 5 stars for a reason!!!! I've had frustrating chronic issues with my van for a few months and this is the first place that has truly cared and showed concern in getting it fixed. They worked relentlessly and put in extra research as well, and always had it ready for me to drive home each day understanding that was very important for another job. Robert, the owner, is so down to earth that I didn’t even realize he was the owner until after a few days!- he is caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and HONEST. This is the first auto shop I have never had to question if my complete ignorance of cars was being taken advantage of in any way, in fact the complete opposite. He employs the same caliber as well which is important- I’m familiar with Christian now who was very communicative and great at keeping me in the loop, searching for the best deals for parts, etc… and I could tell the rest of the staff were caring as well in passing. Robert was even willing to help show me some things on my kids car (who they did not even work on), to teach and help us out of the kindness of his heart. I later found out this is where one of my coworkers family goes as well and LOVES them. I just can't speak highly enough about Robert or his shop in all directions. You can put your complete trust here and I will be highly recommending them to anyone who will listen lol!”

“Ted Russel Ford Service in Knoxville tried to rip me off. They said the water leak was from the sunroof and wanted $$$ to replace it. The headliner was never wet. I knew Ted Russel Ford Service was wrong. Water only showed up on the floorboard after a high wind thunderstorm. It took a while for me to find the right company to do a water leak test. Local Guys Collison in Knoxville found the seal on the back window had a gap. Water came in and went down to the floorboard. Local Guys Collision said that was the most common spot for water leak on F-150. Local Guys Collision replaced the seal on the back window in less than one day. I'm so glad I found them and highly recommend them!!!”

“Great overall dent work. These guys are very good. Paintless dent repair, replace bumpers & panels; stop in & get an honest quote. I had a dent on door from another door hitting mine. They rolled it out from inside the door panel & buffed out some scratches on the back door and by wheel. Also buffed out scratches on the hood from bird dropping that left scratches. Tony & Kasey got my car in and done as promised & more ... even did a little extra touch up w some good quality touch up paint & a little small tip brush before I left. All for $150 like Tony quoted. ?”

“My experience has been exemplary. My collision issue was rectified perfectly. The 9 year old car looks brand new.
The next day, my dashboard lights would blink 3 times when starting the car. It occurred several times.
Caliber collision in Farragut had me bring my car back to determine the cause. Some wires may have needed tightening but more importantly, my battery was past its prime. Don Hill, the manager at this facility, personally made sure a new battery was installed while I waited. It did not take long & the waiting room is very clean & welcoming, with coffee, water & freshly popped corn, if wanted.
The employees couldn’t have been kinder to me & generous with their time, carefully explaining things pertinent to my needs, & being honest with me.

Two of the worst colors To match up our silver and black: And when they were finished, you could not tell that cars had been wrecked and painted. The color is matched perfectly!
Another vehicle 2006 Toyota matrix less than a year old at the time; $12,500 worth of damage and when they were finished, you could look under the car under the hood and you could not tell this car ever been wrecked and once again the paint job was impressive!!! I knew they would be on the list of suggested vendors from my insurance company so I made an appt for an estimate, and before leaving the shop, was able to schedule a time to drop my car off for the repairs. I filed the insurance claim and named Caliber Collision as my choice of location for repairs. “Came for a 2nd estimate, after an estimate with the car dealership. Was provided a fair estimate by Drake and he ordered the needed parts. Upon delivery, we scheduled the repair.

During the repair, the front desk staff was exceptional. They greeted me, coordinated with service, and even offered beverages.

“I took my Porsche Boxster to Downtown Autobody to have the bumper and tail light repaired. The right side of my bumper was heavily scratched with white paint and my tail light was cracked around the edges as the result of a car side swiping my parked vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was already finished by Wednesday evening! Communication was excellent, they were super kind and accommodating, and the body work was beautiful. They were also kind enough to wash my car and vacuum it out, leaving my car in pristine condition upon pick up. I would highly recommend Downtown Autobody for any work needed!”

I have had the van for a few months now, and let me start by saying the service dept seriously lacks communication. The 20k miles oil change interval is nice and I fully expected to pay 200 or 300 for 1st service being it's a diesel. However the bill waS around 700. Also they suggested an alignment and tire rotation for another 600ish dollars. So I refused that and took it to Tire Discounters who couldn't perform the alignment because Mercedes hasn't released the alignment specs to the general public (usually at least a year before they release info), and they wouldn't rotate tires because of uneven tread wear on back tires and front tires are cupping, suggested replacing tires. So my only complaint on the sales side was no one ever disclosed to me that the van needs aligned with the weight I haul daily ,Doesn't make much sense but it is a German thing I suppose. Had i known from the beginning i would of taken care of it before it ruined the tires. The Assistant Manager was supposed to be checking with the service dept to see if they could simulate the weight as i work late nights,I was supposed to receive a call from the Assistant Manager on Monday which I did not get the call. At this point completely fed up and really wish I would've stayed with the Ford Transit that doesn't nickel and dime you to death. I never imagined buying a brand new van and spending so much money on it with 20k miles on it in 2 months Absolutely ridiculous!, and unacceptable.
