A pillar of the Knoxville motorcycle community. I always try to swing by and take a look at the bikes and gear when I am in the area. They recently held testrides with Royal Enfield! Was awesome to test out a few different styles of bikes!

Called today because it was advertised that there was a test ride event going on with a motorcycle company. Spoke with one of the salespeole Matt (or Mac, hard to tell). When I asked about details regarding the event, I could tell he was clearly uninterested in helping me. When I asked how long the company would be at location, he said "I don't know... bye bye now." Obviously I was no worth his time as a potential customer. How does that make sense? Anyway I assume Alcoa Good Times doesn't care about my money, but thought you all should know.

they always have a great selection, and lots of knowledge. the service department is prompt and honest, and parts is equally as respectful. I haven’t dealt with the sales team but i imagine they’re great as well. definitely my go-to for powers sports parts, service, and maybe one day a new toy purchase :):):)

An absolute joke. They had my bike for 70 days to fix a clutch issue and service it. Very poor communication throughout the whole process, had to call multiple times just to find out what was going on. When I picked up the bike, the mirror had mysteriously “broken” with fall damage on the cage. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Don’t take your bike there if you know what’s best for you!!

Brad at Alcoa Good Times was my contact. We communicated by email, phone and in person. He was helpful and made sure I was aware of alternative motorcycles they had in stock. I bought and got a fair deal. Paperwork and financing were painless and quick. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough nice things about the parts department. Those folks ALWAYS go over and above. Service however, is another matter.
I called to schedule routine service and tires, and was told I just have to bring it and they’ll get to it in 3-5 days. Took it in, spoke to service person who said they have to build a quote and get right back to me.
5 days later I called and was basically blown off. 6 days after that I called and asked to speak to the general manager about it.
Then I get a call, not from the GM but another service person who didn’t even have the service work discussed quoted accurately. He mentioned “the quote you got” but I never received anything from them.
Now they’re gonna order the tires and see when they can work me in?
Not cool.
I get busy. I get sometimes things fall through the cracks. I get that in business things don’t always go as planned. I also get that my bike (that I bought through this business) sat in there far longer than necessary, during peak riding season. Bummer.

DO NOT PURCHASE A SEA DOO SWITCH - Complete trash, design flaw sucks water up from under the boat but apparently does not have anything to block it sucking stuff up like a vacuum. It all goes in the impeller and very very quickly you will need a new one. On top of that did not install the trim tabs properly as well as one apparent just fell off? IDK they said it was missing and asked for lots of cash.
Think of it as a jet ski, but a few more feet deep in the water. I would not take it anywhere under 10ft of depth with these flaws.
Does not stand behind products. Bought a Sea Doo Switch and only 3 hours in had issues with it getting over 15mph. Not running over or hitting anything and they said the Sea Doo at multiple ropes in it, rocks, and sticks... 3 hours, nothing hit or run over. Just normal use for maybe an hour of the 3 hours. Oh and the trim tab that is stationary had fallen out. Even Sea Doo said that basically can't happen if installed correctly.
We have bought many Jet Skis, Motorcycles, and a Side by Side from them. Well worth the trip to deal with Mountain Motor Sports in Kodak
Follow Up - No solution was offered. Sold a total lemon. Will never buy another sea-doo or ever step foot inside Alcoa Good Times again and actively tell everyone whatever they do DO NOT GET A SEA DOO SWITCH

We purchased our family's bike from here in July of 2024. The service was great, the price was great and the salesman Max was very professional. I would highly recommend Alcoa Good Times.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but it was so bad, I felt the need to warn others. This dealership is hands down the worst I've ever had to deal with in my 35+ years of buying. With an excellent credit score and an above average salary, I've never been treated or spoken to so badly in my life.
For 2 days straight of leaving work early and driving 2 hours back and forth due to bank holiday, we finally arrive to pick up our purchase only to be told we had to prove we have insurance on it as well as the lender showing as lein holder before we can take it home. The policy showed pending because its new (but we still had the number) and for the lender, we've banked with for over 30 years and have paid off multiple vehicles with them. The sales rep even spoke to the after-hours insurance agent who confirmed all of this, yet he still said no, basically calling both the agent and me a liar saying that could be for any policy not a boating one and just flat refused anything we said making us feel like some sort of criminal trying to get by with something. After 45 mins of this, the manager (I'm assuming) offered no help, input, or even acknowledgement with us at his desk, finally let the finance guy finish us up and let us go home with our purchase, only for the sake of it being closing time and wanting to go home.
The finance guy we were dealing with before him though was condescending and rude, with zero customer service skills, put gap insurance on it without our approval, and made snarky comments afterwards when we didnt want it.
On top of all this, the trailer we also bought, had no straps to tie the waverunner down with to get it safely home an hour away. They also told us they had a used one on the phone but then after getting there, was forcing us to buy a new one until they miraculously found a used one last minute.
We will never ever purchase anything from this place again. All of this could've been avoided had we known what was required up front (which is stupid in itself, even car dealerships aren't this extreme), but to be treated so badly thru it all with no fault of our own is just inexcusable, over a $10k waverunner? How this place is still in business is mind boggling.
