Can never get anyone on the phone and when you do, she's very rude. I was looking for a storage, just kept driving on to Lenoir city. Had a friend who was using the space but they are moving out as well. Do not recommend.

Helped friends move into this unit and also back out of the unit when their home was finished. The lot is mostly unpaved and full of deep holes that made me feel like there would definitely be broken items in boxes. There is a sign on the on-site dumpster indicating there would be fines for use (!!!), AND upon vacation of unit, there were stink bugs covering all their boxes inside the unit. I live in town but was unaware of this place prior to my friends renting here and thought I might take advantage of some extra space close by, but I definitely changed my mind after my experience here.

I just now noticed the area to leave a review. I've had buildings here for over 2 years. The management is fantastic! It's gated and you have to have a code to get in.There are security cameras everywhere. I've been inside that facility at midnight several times and never been one bit scared. It's that secure! It's like a fortress I wouldn't do business with anybody else. In over 2 years I've never had one single issue!! I absolutely love the manager. He goes above and beyond what he even has to and always has. I just wanted to show my appreciation because I've dealt with several different facilities and none of them have been this great. Thank you volunteer storage!
