If my package on the way to sweetwater happens to go into your post office you guys send it somewhere random hours away!! This has happened 3 times! So it's not a fluke! Now my package is in Nashville after the place you sent it sent it there! I could not imagine what its like having you guys for a local post. So thanks alot. AGAIN.

Our mail is constantly left at the wrong address next door. The house next door has the same address as us but has a half number after the address. Our names are completely different our mail never has a half address on the mail yet the mailman constantly leaves our mail at the half address. I've reported this problem before and it still happenes over and over we get allot of packages that we pay the shipping cost on so we are tired of this. having to hope and wait until the next door address decides to bring our mail and or passages over to us some times days later or could be not at all idk. Read the dang name on the package our name is on our box and the names are not the same as the half address neighbors name. I'm tired of this our deliveries are not free we pay for them and we want our mail delivered correctly to our posted address and name not our neighbors house with a half number address added on it on the mail box and the house. Correct this dang problem Read the address lable and the mail box. Look at the addresses number and names that will solve this ongoing problem.

What is it with stores hiring jerks that hate their job? Went in there to send an Amazon return package and didn't realize that it had to be packaged. Instead of being polite and offering to sell a box or envelope, I just got a snarky 'you can't send it like that!' I left and will find some packaging and go to another store.

Just horrible on package delivery. Every time I am waiting on a package I get a notification that they are unable to deliver. This time I got a notification attempted delivery at 7:08 PM when it was only 4:17 PM. I think it is pure laziness and they don't want to get out of there vehicle. One excuse was because of a dog being out when we didn't have our pet home at that time. Who knows what the excuse will be this time when I go and pick it up from the post office.

Paid $28 for overnight delivery , 2 days later no delivery, went to get a refund told I have to wait until it is scanned in, might be this week or next, and if they never find then will start process of refund. Point is I paid for overnight you failed now refund, easy right. It took 14 hours just to get to knoxville. Lesson learned.

They won’t even leave a package at our house. We pay extra to have our packages delivered to the house and, always got to pick them up from the post office. Any time you try and have a civil conversation about it they are so rude and not willing to work with the us. I have done everything they have asked me too and still won’t leave my packages!

Ira, if that is his real name because he was not wearing a name badge, Is very rude and have very poor customer service skills. Pretty sure his real name is Richard! Or at least he acts like one. I will go out of my way not to use this Post office as long as he works there

I sent a two day priority envelope ($9.00) to NY on Saturday morning. The now the updated delivery day is Thursday! Totally unreliable service if you need mail to be delivered by a certain day. Be advised it could take two days or it could take a week -- how lucky do you feel! And I haven't received any mail at my home in four days. Very suspicious since we get a fair amount of mail.
