My car’s rear shock became disconnected on a road trip to the area from West Palm Beach, FL. I called this shop and they were able to fit me in last min. On a holiday weekend so I can return home on time! He was reasonable with price and very friendly! I recommend them 10000%! It’s so hard to find a nice mechanic and especially when you aren’t from here! Thank you for the welcome and for fixing my car! You saved me!

You get what you get when you can't do the work yourself. But, it was done the next day which I appreciate, however the work and price we never discussed was just a surprise and it was a HUGE surprise and I am familiar with pricing. Pleased about the timeliness of completion, but if I would of known the cost, i would of opted to pay the tow truck who took it there, to bring it right back to my house, that's how expensive it was. Just short of $1,000 to replace an automatic shifter cable and a thermostat housing, gasket, thermostat that no one ever discussed anything more than a pressure test for the coolant system. Could of done it myself had I had the time for less than $400. And that is paying myself $85 an hour to do my own work. will not ever be back. One screwing is good enough for me for a lesson. Mind you this is all my opinion. Hope you have better results. And I was told "if you call me a liar this price is going up right now." Had he called ahead of time, like any other mechanic would of done, this wouldn't be such an issue. I shouldn't have to tell my mechanic to call me with pricing or diagnostic information before working on my car. Overall, so far, hours after picking up the car, it seems fixed, which I appreciate, but I feel extorted over the price.

$$$$$$$ Disappointed. Wish i'd gotten 2nd opinion. Todd told me it would take all day. Finished in 2 hours and Not One Cent cheaper. Wish i'd at least gotten parts for core. Never even saw work. : ( had hoped to find mechanic to keep using... ? spent almost $1,000 and he wouldn't give me a duplicate receipt! Stay away from this business!

My brother Troy helped repair my 2001 Honda Prelude a few years ago. I know no nothing about mechanic-type work therefore must lean on knowledgeable professionals like him to help remedy situations that I can't. So amazed that now have a 1998 GMC Sonoma that sporadically had the issue of a heater core going out. I bought the part but can't imagine how to install it so "take it to Troy's" was immediately what conclusion I came to. Still awaiting for the process to be finished so not sure at the moment but feel like I WON'T be disappointed.
